A lovely restaurant staffed by very friendly and bouncy ladies. The sea food chowder was better than in San Francisco! Not too pricey and a great place for lunch.

A great little cafe with good coffee and lovely food. Very clean with a nice atmosphere. This cafe quickly became our favorite in Whitianga.

If you're hoping for typical French Cafe eats such as croissants, Danish type pastries and fresh breads you will be disappointed. However, this Cafe does have a great variety of what most Kiwis like in Cafe food and the coffee is really good. We went back for more. Highly recommend.

I run a cafe and make scones on a daily basis but the date and apple scone here was world class I'm from England and would love the recipe if the owner is reading this. Really interested to know what's in the mixture as it had a slightly different consistency... More
