Just completed our second visit and it was even better than our first time. The cream curry mussels were amazing and the special andouille sandwich was phenomenal. The wait staff is even better than the food - friendly, knowledgeable and willing to give descriptions of the food and reliable recommendations. Go out of your way to try this place.

My family enjoyed the heck out of the beer garden. It was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy the view and the warm breeze. And a bloody mary (or two), fried calamari, burgers, and veggie tacos. The food came out of the kitchen at a comfortable pace and everything tasted delicious. Our server was great -- super nice, attentive, and was very respectful of current COVID conditions, like wearing a mask and keeping things contactless. This was our first restaurant outing in 4 months and it showed me that it's indeed possible to enjoy "the old way of life" while staying safe. Great job, Bridge View Tavern!

My daughter arrived earlier than the rest of our party. She was told at one point that if we didn't arrive within 5 minutes she would have to give up the table. We happened to arrive within 5 minutes. The service was a little slow for water and drinks. Pretty slow for appetizers too. We almost all had burgers which were delicious. In our party there were also orders of fish tacos and pulled pork sandwiches which were good too. The drinks were good. Many options available. The waitress was great with beer and food recommendations. The bathroom was quite messy. I get that they were busy but the bathroom should have been checked on more frequently.

My daughter and I were in town for the weekend. Bridge View Tavern was on our list of places to eat. They do not take reservations and we’re told it could be up to a 90 minute wait on weekends. We lucked out at 12:30 for lunch—no wait and we got to sit outside under the tent! All precautions were in place and we felt safe dining there. Food was excellent—vegetarian chili and veggie tacos were great—and a welcome change to have multiple options for vegetarians!

Had lunch here yesterday(July 8, 2020). Friendly service, cool atmosphere, excellent meal! My girlfriend and I split 2 burgers: a bison burger with cheddar & caramelized onions, and a beef burger with provolone & sauteed mushrooms. Both burgers were served on brioche rolls. Super, boffo, terrific! Good charbroiled taste, juicy, rich flavor, the onions, the mushrooms, the buns- all superb, very satisfying. Best burgers we've had in a helluva long time- 👍👍👍👍👍

As a vegetarian, I truly appreciate food options. The Bridge View did not disappoint. I had the vegetarian curry and it was one of the best I have ever eaten. My husband had the "build a burger" and found it delicious and cooked exactly the way he asked for it. Nice selection of wines and plentiful choices for beer lovers. Sorry, but we had no room for dessert. The service was great, very friendly staff. I am a very satisfied Canadian.

We have been here a few times and always love the food, service and space. With COVID, they put a huge tent in their parking lot and did a great job with that. I had a burger and my wife had the Roasted Beet Salad. Both were excellent. There was a bit too much BBQ sauce on the burger, would tell them keep it light or put it on the side. They also have bison, elk and wild boar burgers.

We stopped here for a late lunch while on our way home, and were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. We arrived during the afternoon lull and were seated promptly, and given large menus to peruse. Everything looked so good that we had trouble deciding what to order, and after consulting with our friendly waiter, decided to order the fig & goat cheese flatbread and the fish & chips. Our food was incredibly good, and because the restaurant wasn't too busy, we were able to take our time over our meal. The staff are super nice here and didn't rush us. We'll definitely return!

Loved this place! Bridge View Tavern is very popular as was evidenced by our mid-week visit with lots of folks there. They have an outside seating area ("beer garden"), another table or two outside the restaurant and indoor seating. I don't think they take reservations.
The staff is friendly and the menu had numerous good choices of food and drink.
We had fish and chips, and pulled pork - both were great!
I highly recommend this restaurant.

My friends and I looked forward to our visit and were sadly disappointed for many reasons. The food was nothing to rave about, The waitress was nice but made some mistakes. Be careful to read the fine print on the bill as they tried To tack on a credit card service charge when we were paying cash and didn’t bring this to our attention. I had to bring it to theirs. There also was no definitive amount listed on the menu for said charge. They won’t see us there again.

Loved everything about this restaurant. The Cobb salad was he best I’ve ever had. My husband’s fish and chips were crispy, but not oily and delicious. The view of the Cuomo bridge was visible from our table, but the Canadian fires caused the bridge to appear very hazy. Definitely recommend!

We went because they had an impressive beer list. We split the fig & goat cheese flatbread which was delicious.
Hubby had the fish tacos and I had fish and chips, would definitely go back. The staff was so nice and friendly. You could tell there were a bunch of locals there as well.

It was a cold Sunday at 2pm when we decided to try this tavern. We chose to sit on the covered deck with heaters & so glad we did. Only 3 other tables were occupied making for a quiet, relaxing lunch. We devoured the 8 buffalo wings we ordered with garlic & parmesan cheese. Yes, they came with some celery stalks & a dressing for dipping. Our server was a friendly, personable mature woman who had a smile on her face the whole time while waiting on customers. Definitely would return.

We really enjoyed our stop at Bridge View Tavern. The location was great and truly has a good view of the Hudson and Tappan Zee Bridge. Service at lunch was quick with quality food and a friendly staff. I think three different workers stopped and asked if we needed anything during the visit. We immediately recommended it to some other travelers we met while in Sleepy Hollow.

While traveling back home from vacation we came upon this fabulous restaurant! We totally enjoyed Baked Mac & Cheese along with the best ever Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Just outstanding! Wish we had Bridge Tavern back home! Staff was wonderful as well. Thank you for making our visit so memorable.
