Just Plain Awful

The food is yuk and maybe once a year for some insane reason I remind myself of that. I have yet to get food that was not cold and wrapped so tight it was squished. The order has never been correct and pretty much always taste the same. My favorite meme on Facebook is a guys saying how he got gas for $1.39, unfortunately it was at Taco Bell. So accurate. I will try to avoid trying this place again in a year.

Terrible service, completely ignored. Checked times online before visit, which say dine in is open until 10pm. I got there at 9pm. No one was near the counter, and I had to wait a while for someone to notice me. They told the others there was someone up front, and then left the counter to go sit at a table without a word to me. I continued to wait, but no one came up front. They had maybe one car in the drive thru when I got there. I will not be returning to this restaurant if they dont want to serve customers.

Just an awful experience.....

Wife was away, so I thought I would try the "box dinner" instead of a selection of chicken pieces. The 3 chicken tenders must have been left on a beach for a week, before being fried to an even further frazzle for my order. Stale, tasteless, and dry as a bone. The popcorn pieces reminded me of going to the movies and getting the last box of popcorn, with only little bits and pieces of product. This stuff was nasty and left me with the feeling that the little ones might chip a tooth. The wedges turned out to be no better, as they were hard, dark brown and dry as a bone. I heard the clerk telling his supervisor that he told the customer after me that they were out of wedges, so only fries were available. Lucky customer behind me. Cole slaw was normal and the biscuit topped off the order. This is a busy location and nothing is ever perfect, but to miss on 3 of 3 segments of an order is just unforgivable.

Was driving home for the holiday and realized I had made good time so would have a little time to kill before the family got home from church. Stopped in to get a nacho bell grande meal with taco. Surprised that they were open at 11 on a Sunday. Typical taco bell but was hot and ht the spot before finishing up the drive home.

We don't have a KFC in our area in Western MA so on our way through I87 we decided to go here for a late dinner. Every single customer was told "sorry about that" the entire time we were there for some kind of mistake. We ordered the $20 dinner deal. I must say the food was like I remember, but umm they "sorry we ran out of chicken legs and replaced with thighs". Really, no chicken legs at a KFC. I would have enjoyed eating a little more if there weren't flies dive bombing me the entire time and I didn't appreciate the "F" bombs I was hearing coming from behind the counter. First and last time at this place.

Accuracy of orders remain a problem

Despite managerial changes, this KFC/Taco Bell restaurant suffers from chronic lack of accuracy in their orders and has been ill for years. Despite loving the KFC chicken and Taco Bell products, I seldom visit this restaurant. If it is a Drive-thru order, I rather drive to Clifton Park. Let's take my latest experience; Greeted at the ordering booth and placed order for a 16pc bucket meal with 2 lg cole slaw, 2 lg mac n cheese, lg potato wedges. With only three cars in front of us, it took good ten minutes to get to the window. Once there, cashier/presenter seemed annoyed when my wife presented a coupon they had sent us. Once order was presented, I checked for the chicken, biscuits, wedges and sides to be in the bag. Arrived home and started serving and guess what? Only twelve pieces of chicken were in the bucket! You gotta be kidding me.... Yes, I did call and yes, they promised to replace the chicken during a future visit but, I don't know if I want to go back for four pieces of chicken. What I would like is for them to get their act together. Best advice: Drive the extra five minutes to exit 9
