Wow, what a sandwich.

I used to stop here once a week when I was working in the area. It was great back then, but if it’s possible, it seems like it’s even better now. This is a real deal daily. Not one of those pre-sliced assembly line places when you tell them what you want and they slice it right then and there, and pile it high. Top quality meat, top quality service, and a great price. Ended up picking up some manicotti as well as my sandwich and boy that was fantastic too. I could not more highly recommend this place. If you’re anywhere near it, you gotta stop and you won’t be disappointed.

High quality and first class staff and food

The staff at Pellegrinos imports were amazing and efficient! They speak English and Italian. The food is a generous portion and high quality with homemade Italian recipes. The owner and his wife are hands on with all the cooking and preparing. It's a nice hidden secrets and great Italian imports in upstate NY on your way to ski or to the track. I highly recommend it.

Good sandwich, reasonable price

Stopped in here after hearing positive comments from coworkers. I ordered an American Mix sub and received it very quickly. The service was very nice, as it is a small deli.

Excellent subs and parm

Really good subs: great bread and fresh ingredients. We often get their chicken parm catered to our office; I think it’s the sauce that makes it exceptional. Downside is that the hours are limited and they sometimes run out, so call in advance.

Not impressed with the Eggplant sub

Went to try the Eggplant sub from such great reviews and I am sorry to say that it was nothing special. More bread then Eggplant. Won’t order again.May get a cold sub next time.

Great Sandwiches

If you are going on the lake this is the place to get a sandwich to go out there. Get there before noon or you may have to wait a while

Subs for dinner

Stopped at my son's when visiting in round lake and decided to get subs for dinner. Download their PDF menu so we could figure out what we wanted. Everybody ordered something different and when I called it in - they asked for a person's name to write on each sub so we did not have to open each one to see who was who's. Subs were incredible. After talking to one of the guys there he said their meatball sub is their best and insisted I tried a meatball and sauce before I left. No meatballs were hot so he brought me out an Italian sausage on a plate with sauce . . . . The Best! I normally make my own meatballs and sauce and reluctant to try others but this was Yummy😋😋😋!!

Excellent sandwich shop and delicatessen

It is good to see a family owned business thriving in todays market of corporate eateries. Pellegrino offers the customer sandwiches made with fresh bread and vegetables while serving Boars Head cold cuts. In addition to the sandwiches, they offer a small variety of imported italian foods. We found their sandwiches to be good sized, very reasonably priced and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Great sandwich

My son and I go to track for 3 days every August and stay in Malta. The cold cuts are thinly sliced the way we like them plus the toppings are just right. The salads are also very good. Pellegrino's is always are first stop on the way to the track then for the beer they both go together great!!

I'm spoiled, I've had Roma Import sandwiches for years. Pellegrino's are good, and even better if I'm that way anyway, but nothing to make a detour for.

we have ordered several times to go, sometimes we have to wait 10 or 15 minutes at the most, but it is always worth the wait. eggplant is the best, subs are terrific. they also have a wide assortment of meats and cheeses. prices are very reasonable

A great place for authentic Italian food. They have great cold cuts by the pound and with sandwiches. The eggplant Parmesan is great. There are also an assortment of Italian canned items and frozen raviolis,pasta,sauce,peppers,and meats. During the warm weather they also have ice cream!!

Great deli

Their mixed Italian sub is so good. Make sure you get the provolone and oil & vinegar. Cannollis filled on demand and so good. Cold cuts are superior. Frozen sauce is a quick gourmet meal. Now sausage is the real deal. Make a trip. It's worth it.

Excellent Chicken Parm Dinner To Go

GF picked up a Chicken Parm platter for me and an Eggplant Parm for herself, as well as a Cannoli to split (plus side salads and bread). Everything was delicious and the platter portions were generous. I just finished my leftovers two days later and it's still great. The sauce was outstanding too, flavorful but neither acidy or watery.

Great Sandwhiches.

I really love this deli. I enjoy the sandwiches, Boars Head cold cuts and hot meals, such at Eggplant parm and Chicken parm. They also have great ravioli, etc.
