Specialty Brewery

Sunday afternoon and boys take me out to watch a football game at a local brewery. I don’t drink beer but, that’s about the only thing I don’t drink and I have gone out with them in several similar outings and had a blast, so I’m game. First surprise...the place is in a strip mall. Nothing wrong with that. The décor is modern-industrial and the place is very clean and spacious, with darts, tables and a seating area all spread around the bar. You can actually see the kettles in the back. Second surprise - Doesn’t take long to realize the chemistry theme and that different taps have different alcohol contents, hence the difference is size of the glasses! And food was relatively good. Third surprise - My only problem, they only had beer and an unknown wine. This was the deal breaker. We left. Cool place to meet friends and have a custom brew. Place not for me.

Great brewery in Malta

We had a pleasant experience at this brewery. Great atmosphere, but I took off one star because it is so loud when there a a lot of people there. We enjoyed the beer, wine and food. We definitely plan to return.

Pay for gratuity % while paying and ordering drinks and food even before being served the food ?????

I thought it was certainly different to order food and drink and be asked to pay up front including the % tip option ( even before you get your food ) . Sure you get your drink(s) and walk to your table but wait for food . I did not enjoy paying gratuity in advance and wait 45 minutes for the food . Doesn't seem right

Not worth the trip

Just went there tonight, and I won't be going back. Picture an overpriced, loud cafeteria with beer, that's what this place is. And no service. We ordered after scanning the menu and paid for it then too. I gave them a 20% tip for service, which is funny because there isn't any other than bringing your order to the table. I ordered a cheeseburger which was somewhere below mediocre. Same with the fries that came with it. The only reason I gave it two stars was because my girlfriend thought the tacos were good. I spent $60, the only alcohol on the bill was with one 5oz pumpkin ale, which sucked. Ironically, I drove by a bunch of decent restaurants to get to this place. I should have went to one of them instead.

Amazing atmosphere

Wednesday nights this place is where it’s at. They do trivia and it’s a blast. This is a really popular place they have a fire pit outside and several different craft beers. The staff was super friendly and the tacos are amazing.

This is a great brewery, with lots of beer varieties and delicious food. Indoor and outdoor seating, plus a long bar. The owners are so nice. This is just the kind of business you want to support! Go get yourself some fabulous beer!
