Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We did not eat here, rather, we shopped for meats to take home with us. The turkey pot pie was really good (crust perfect, lots of veggies in it), the brats are delicious, we have yet to eat the knockwurst. The gentleman who waited on us seemed somewhat impatient, in a hurry, but in the end he was helpful and polite. This was our first visit and I would highly recommend their products.

If you are on the Pulaski Hwy, don't miss this stop. The kielbasa is the real thing. If you enjoy a tasty cheese danish, get one of those too. Also, prices are very reasonable and fresh. This is a real gem off the beaten path.

I've been here multiple times for lunch and sandwiches and everything is great. I mostly call ahead and order from the butcher. Fantastic quality every time. Great cuts of steaks and chicken and sausage. The pierogies are also very good. Friendly staff.

We have ordered our smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving and smoked hams for Easter here over the years. You need to order early as this is an Orange County favorite and if you wait to order, you'll be out of luck. Once there - out in the Pine Island onion country - you'll find Polish and German sausage specialities as well as food items imported from those countries. Many working men stop here to pick up their lunch sandwiches, indictating how highly regarded this place is in quality and value.

Went here on recommendation from a friend. Got the polish platter... pierogies and onions, stuffed cabbage, and kielbasa and sour kraut. It was really, really good.

Love the smoked pork chops, kielbasa and cabonossi. Everything ( meats) are prepared on sight. Best butcher shop in the area.

This unplanned stop for lunch provided a nice, clean, and tasty Eastern European menu. The sandwiches and hot platters were fresh and delicious. The German bratwurst and Polish kielbasa with perogi were especially nice. Nothing fancy, just good food.

This is a very casual spot to stop and grab lunch or an early dinner. It's very small inside, tables are few, but never had a problem sitting down. This is a local and tourist stop. Deli counter when you walk in, all fresh and homemade, Frozen section as well. Menu on a black board for the specials. We seem to order the same thing every time we stop in... Polish platter and German platter. Cold cuts are great, fresh pastrami and Turkey, all good! Don't forget to buy a loaf of rye bread! They have cold drinks in the back of store, soda, juice, beer etc.. This place will not disappoint, something for everyone.

This is the place to stop (Pulaski Highway, between Goshen and Pine Island) for a variety of meats and other items. Their smoked kielbasi is the best around - nothing like it anywhere. Great grilled or pan fried... Also a great place to pick up a sandwich mid-day. Very reasonable prices, friendly service. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I have been going to Quaker Creek since my childhood - it’s a family favorite. Everything is top notch quality, homemade and fresh. My family enjoys their steaks, homemade hot dogs, pot pies, and roast beef. This is a family run business that is generations old; they take pride in all areas of their business and it shows.

A fabulous place. A real throwback. I like everything but the liverwurst is to die for if you like liverwurst. And also the pastrami and corned beef. Good for the soul type place.
