Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Where are the original owners or managers. This place has changed since the renovation and I miss the Old Antonios. Now someo of them just yap all day and it takes forever to get your food. When you sti there its ok much better but still not as good as it first was! I miss the Italian Cheese cake from David and the missiissip pie!!!!!!

Front desk recommended and is a much better value than the hotel resturant. Ordered on line and it was here in less than 40 minutes. Credible pizza...delivered hot.

Family arranged to have lunch here after my elderly aunt's funeral. Private room set up for a large group. 3 courses offered and 3 staff assigned just to serve the party. Good variety of options for all there. Food was delicious and plenty. Basically an upscale pizzeria.

Antonio’s is a bipolar restaurant. Depending on who the floor manager is, it can be very good or very bad. It seems to run in semi annual cycles. 1/2 yr good, 1/2 yr bad.
Frequently run by a single college student at the bar, they try but suspect they are poorly trained.
Frequent loud mouth locals in the small bar area, over served, eating little, using foul language, racist comments and chewing and spitting tobacco is a huge turn off. There’s no supervision or control.
Recently had dinner there and the food and service has gone downhill again.
Probably won’t eat there again for many months.
Shining spot: take out pizzas and breakfast sandwiches.

Very, very disappointed ... bad service, bad pizza ... the only thing good was the price.
We were staying at the Courtyard Marriott, which is located 1 mile/6 minutes from this establishment. We ordered a single Margherita pizza, six zeppole and three beverages for $34. Usually, a Margherita pizza is simply tomatoes (San Marzano), mozzarella, basil, salt and extra-virgin olive oil on a thin crust. This Margherita arrived almost cold with a too-thick crust and overwhelming raw garlic flavor. I couldn't believe how bad this pizza was. And, to have it cold coming from less than 10 minutes away was inexcusable.
I'll guarantee that there are an infinite number of better pizza joints in a 10 minute radius of Antonio's. Maybe their in-house service and food are better but at least avoid delivery and maybe avoid their pizza.

The pizza is good, but the service needs improvement. Simple order of a soup and a slice to take out should take less than 5 minutes in my opinion, instead it could take up to 15.

Went with friends as one of their daughters manages there. It was delightful. It's embedded in a neighborhood just behind LGA. We managed to land a parking spot right out front, that was great. It's got a bar just inside the main dining area, a deli/pizza area attached but a separated, and private rooms for parties. They were missing a bartender and waiter but it never impacted our service thank to the staff stepping up their game. Appetizers were good and portions were generous, moist meatballs, fresh crispy zucchini, fresh fried calamari. I had the caramelized scallops with risotto very rich and creamy, YUM, husband had the veal bruschetta style it was a generous portion and very tender. I had a raspberry and cream tart type dessert is was great. They have a varied menu something for everyone. If you can get there you won't be disappointed. Mangia!

Antonio's is everything you want in an Italian place...pizzeria, deli, and sit down restaurant. I was there because I had to wait a few hours for a business partner coming into LGA. I was really happy I found this place. Food and Service we're excellent. Very basic Italian but spot on preparation. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was good too.
I hope I can stop by again next time I am in town!

It looks like they are remodeling the place and it looks really nice so far. I haven't been here before but it looks like it is going for a modern look.
The bread wasn't warm and they were out of butter but it was good and the kids enjoyed the shape of the loaf (I submitted a photo).. We all ordered different meals. I had the Lobster Kiss which had great flavor and I will definitely order it again. My 4 year old had spaghetti and meatballs but liked my meal better. My son had the lasagna and ate every bite. The hubby had fettuccine Alfredo and says it was delicious. All 4 dishes came out piping hot and at the same time.
The service was attentive and prompt. We ordered dessert to go. Two brownies and one cannoli. The kids didn't like the brownies and my cannoli was AMAZING.
We will definitely eat here again and recommend it.

Went here for the first time. Had appetizers and entrees and wine with dinner. Great price. The food was delicious and the service good. Will definitely come back. Even left with a dodge bag because there was a lot of food.

Great Italian food. Visited there twice during the week and had great food both times. The place is very small and the service kind of fell apart the second time when they got busy. The downside is they opened the front of the building , windows and doors and all the smokers would go in and out to have a cigarette and the smoke would blow back into the restaurant.

I am a frequent flyer at Antonio's. The food is mouthwatering and you can't beat the 2 slice special.
The service is sometimes confused and discombobulated during very busy times, but no matter who is at the register they aim to please. The regular pizza is not always consistent in preparation, but I have actually never had a bad slice of any kind. Although they may come out of the oven different depending on the day, it is still GOOD pizza. My group always orders different pizza slices, soup, salad, and appetizer. I've never heard any complaints! Even my son, the pickiest eater ever, eats a whole slice into the crust!
If you are traveling/staying around LGA, it is worth it to travel up to 76th Street. You won't regret it!
