Decent pizza and salad near LGA

I was staying at a local hotel near LGA due to multiple flight cancellations. The hotel staff said this was the best place to have pizza delivered and so I ordered a pie and a salad to be delivered from their online system. I ordered a small pie with pepperoni and mushrooms and a Greek salad minus the anchovies. The site said 45 minutes to arrival and they about 60 minutes which is no big deal. The pizza was good, had good flavor and a lot of pepperoni on it and mushrooms were decent. The crust was good and chewy and one of the better I've had in the city. The Greek salad was good, but the delivery person put it into the bag on it's side which allowed the oil to leak out all over the sack, napkins, parm cheese and crushed red pepper. The stuffed grape leaf was ok, it had decent flavor and the feta cheese was good. They threw in some garlic knots however they were cold and soaked with the oil from the salad so I could not eat them. Overall I would order from here again, but ask them to put the salad dressing into a separate container on the side. The only complaint for the driver is he seemed to want a tip when he arrived but I had already put a tip on the order when ordered online.

Great pizza

Ordered a pizza for delivery on the app. Easy to use, and lots to choose from. Not just pizza but salads, appetizers, and Italian dishes. Pizza was really good; I would recommend, and will order again next time I’m in NY.

Thin crust pie

It was ok for thin crust pizza . The ingredients were falling off the pie. When you are hungry and they will deliver ,you go for it. Very little cheese to bind it. They do deliver to were you are staying close to the LGA airport.

Classic NYC pizza

Great NYC pizza. Got stranded over night and needed to stay close to the airport. Called and ordered a pizza and it was really good. Food arrived quickly and was fresh. Tasted great!

Best pizza in the neighborhood. We don’t have many options to be honest but you can count on airways to get you a good pie in time .

So if you are picking someone up from LGA, more than likely it has been delayed. If long enough and you need some food, Airways is a good place to stop. They have good food and friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

Good pizza and friendly staff

Looking for a place to eat close to our hotel after a long flight. Airways pizza while not the most appealing looking on the inside. Served up good homemade pizza , spinach pie and a variety of other items. The service was good the staff very friendly.

Not what I had expected!

I got a 12" Vegetable Pie Pizza when I was staying close to this restaurant. They have limited vegetarian options. The pizza was fine. Considering the reviews, it was not what I had expected. The delivery was quick and, there was no trouble with the order.

Perfect New York style pizza by LaGuardia Airport

This is your idyllic New York style Pizzeria in a neighborhood not far from LaGuardia maybe a mile away. Go get your pizza fix if you didn't get a chance to get into the city to do it. They sell it by the slaves pre-made ready to go or you can order a whole pizza and they do have pasta and other stuff too. Typical New York style pizza highly recommended

Great food reasonable prices

Recently traveled to New York with a friend to see a Yankees game. This restaurant was close to our hotel so we stopped in to get some authentic New York pizza. Food was great and the prices were affordable. Me and my friend got a 16inch pepperoni and two drinks and it was 20 dollars. Got back to hotel late that night and decided to order to our room, noticed they delivered and ordered some wings to the room. They arrived in a reasonable time and were great. The buffalo sauce was some of the best I had tried. Very pleased with my experience with this restaurant and highly recommend.

Pizza Too Good Faa You

You obnoxious New Yorkers don’t deserve the delicious pizza offered by original mom and pop joints like airways pizza. Their za knocks it out of the park- extra large slices with crispy yet ever so chewy crust- sauce just right and no nonsense fresh toppings. Bravo Airways Pizza- keep up the great work!

I like to order a full pepperoni pizza. My favorite is the shrimp parmesan hero. Good for the dollar. Small shop but quick and they deliver.

A good slice

Just what we imagined for a local place to grab a slice. It’s a neighborhood pizza place that offers a variety of pizzas and some Greek food. The Greek food addition sounds odd but I had the spinach pie and it was great. Don’t go here for a fancy atmosphere, go here for a good slice in a true New York style pizzeria.

I was staying at a local hotel and they offered delivery. The food was average. The pasta decently cooked, but the sauce good but not my favorite. The minestrone soup was above average. The baked clams ok.

Fast delivery of delicious food straight to our hotel. After a concert in Queens we came back hungry and tired. Ordered pizza, Caesar salad and chick tenders and everything was really tasty. Pizza was way better than anything we can find in Canada! Thanks.
