I loved this place. Shake shack in LGA actually brighten up my day the staff and the manager were so nice and gave excelent service. I recommend this place to anyone who’s is traveling . John was so helpful with my order and the food was done quick and it tasted amazing

Shake the shack

The breakfast sandwich is good. The tater tots great. Hamburgers also served at breakfast so that’s great too! I really like the hot dog. Tried the bacon cheese fries. They put the cheese and bacon on the side in little cups. I’d rather get the plain fries.

Shake Shack made my layovers in LaGuardia better

Visited the LaGuardia Shake Shack in Terminal B twice last week on business travel. I was not expecting to go through LaGuardia that many times, but my meals at Shake Shack were honestly some of the best food that I had on my trip. The food was hot, the service was great (and friendly!), and the portion of fries was excellent. I was only disappointed in their lemonade... If I ever find myself in LaGuardia again, I am definitely headed to Shake Shack!

Chaotic Mess

We stopped by for late-afternoon dinner on a Sunday. The first thing you notice is that while there is almost no wait to place an order, the line of people waiting to pick up food is out the door. We had a pretty simple order - two burgers with fries, a shake and a drink - but we waited almost 20 minutes. When I finally approached the counter to pick up our food, the scene was chaotic. There appeared to be no interface between the employees delivering food and those preparing and delivering shakes and drinks. The employee who triggered the pager and had the food at the counter had no idea what drinks or shakes we'd ordered, and customers just helped themselves to whatever drinks and shakes were being put on the counter by other employees. Given what we witnessed (and some other reviews on this site), it appears that this location is significantly mismanaged. You don't have many options in LaGuardia or most airports, but I wouldn't return to this location.

Terrible quality at this location

Worst quality shake shack I’ve been to, specifically the quality of the chicken shack burger. Chicken burger has many hard bits in it, likely gristle or connective tissue that wasn’t removed.
