Bad employees

Very Poor service and rude employees. waiting at counter with no notification I was even there. Went to the pick-up area and asked for help and was told there was no-one there. I said a few unkind words and was told to get out of here by the employees. One employee even followed me out the door.

Dunkin is the best Cold Brew around. Not sure why anyone would go to Starbucks when Dunkin is cheaper, faster and way better

Ugh! They must have used sour milk in my latte!

My coffee was too hot to drink, and by the time I tasted this horrible drink, I was too late to go back. The service was ok, not spectacular. Dunkin 'Donuts doesn't get my vote.

I travel a lot and am a regular at Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. I have never had more problems at a drive-thru than at the Malta DD. Poor communication and recently rude people. We left the last time we were there. This really isn't difficult and I drive thru twice a day on average. We live nearby and will not go to this D&D ever again. What a shame.

It's your typical Dunkin Donuts. Good service, yummy coffee. They even have a clock labeled "Coffee Time" to tell you when the most recent batch of coffee was brewed.

Better than the average DD

I always stop here on the way to Saratoga and the service is always great, coffee always hot and delicious and the actual establishment is clean. At certain times of the day the drive-thru is packed but I just go inside and most of the time it's much quicker. If you are in the area, check this DD out!

This is the biggest and best Dunkin Donuts in the area. Clean interior with plenty of space to park. The drive through is typically very busy.

You would think, "Oh it's just a chain...how different can it be?". Let me answer. This is one of the cleanest dining places I've ever visited. Immaculate! The staff was extremely friendly. You get the feeling they actually like their jobs. Smiles all around. Best DD I have ever been to.
