We entered and were warmly greeted and advised there was a little wait as the place was packed. Shortly, we were seated and greeted by Daniel our server. He took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu. Looking at the...menu we could not pass up one of the specials, Prime Rib with French Fries and included a soup and salad. Mrs. B and I both ordered the soup which was sensational, the salads are made just before they are served and delicious. The Prime Ribs were huge, cooked perfectly to our tastes, and the fries were delicious too. The service throughout was fantastic and the owner stopped by to greet us. This restaurant has not lost it's touch, the reason it was packed on a Wednesday night!More

I have occasion to visit Tinton Falls, NJ. When there I would frequent a, now closed, restaurant in Asbury Park. Looking for something new, I was told to try The Pour House. I arrived there about 5:30 on a Thursday evening. While not packed the...place was full. I was seated and ordered a beer, while perusing the large selection on their daily special menu. I settled on a salad and the crab cake platter. In short, I was treated well. Both the greeter and my waitress, Dani, were very pleasant. My salad was fresh and not just greens, included were broccoli, cheese, croutons and onions too, along with a good Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing (my choice). The crab cakes were good, (served with accoutrements) and fries perfect, while the coleslaw was just ok. The beer was cold and tasted good. I was served quickly and timing was perfect. All in all a good place to eat and I will return on my next visit! I note that all doors were touchless and the employees all had masks.More

We absolutely loved this place, reminded us of a Texas roadhouse. Ice cold beer, huge juicy steaks, country music, and friendly waitresses.

This place has great soups, burgers, and appetizers. The calamari appetizer with spicy dipping sauce was enough for four people. The lentil soup and clam chowder were very good. The burgers had the best flavor of any eatery! The french dip was okay, but I...prefer a french roll instead of english muffins. The service was excellent. The waitress couldn't do enough for us.More

Used to be one of my favorites for a long time. For the last year or so the quality of the food has consistently gone down hill. It used to be a good value, but now the food quality is lacking and the prices are...too high. The service has been barely spotty - the wait times have been unbearable. It's a shame because I miss the old place, but it looks like it's way beyond return. If it happened once, I'd chalk it up for a bad night, but this has been ongoing for at least a year. There are too many other places to go.More

Been going to this restaurant for 35 years never been disappointed even with food allergies. However went for a birthday lunch a few weeks ago and ended up at ER due to specific allergy which we did clear with staff before ordering and eating. Spoke...to owner and he was aware of situation and very concerned for affected party and wanted to make sure all was ok. He was very apologetic and mailed a personal note with compensation hoping that we would come back to restaurant and explained that he did speak to staff to be fully aware of allergies. I commend him on he way he handled situation and his great concern, something you don't find these days. I will go back and highly recommend this restaurantMore

My wife had prime rib which was extremely tough. She could barely cut it or chew it and it was returned. I had grilled chicken which was so tough I couldn’t cut it, let alone eat it and that was returned, too. Over the years...we have eaten here when traveling from Massachusetts to Florida and the food was always good. We won’t be back again!!More

Though busy for a Monday night, we were seated quickly. Nice quiet table off to the side of the busy and noisy bar. Our server, Megan, wax quick to the table with a smile and an eagerness to help with drinks and questions. The French...onion soup was outstanding! Nice menu with many specials. Entrees were priced well. Lobster was the Monday night special. Numerous options for beers and other cocktails. The stuffed flounder was very good. The crab cake trio entree was all crab meat! Only negative was the toughness of the steak that was part of the turf and shrimp entree. Overall a very positive experience.More

I was in town for business last night and tried this restaurant based on a local's recommendation at the hotel. I liked the cabin-like atmosphere and it was definitely busy for a Wednesday night. I was fortunate to arrive on Prime Rib night. I started...with the Marksman Bourbon Lemonade from the signature drink menu and that was very good, would have liked to taste the bourbon a bit more. I did order the Prime Rib and it was a great value for a good hearty meal. The cut was a good size and for $19.99 it also came with soup and salad. My only minor negatives would be that the vinaigrette was a little too gelatinous for me (yogurtlike) and the clams in my Manhatten Clam Chowder were a little rubbery. I would definitely come back again.More

Our visit was on November 1 but I was still happily able to order from the October Fest menu. The regular menu was quite extensive but the wiener schnitzel platter was calling me. My meal started with a cup of excellent butternut squash soup. The schnitzel...platter was huge and certainly enough for 2 meals for me. There were 3 large pork cutlets, spaetzel, 2 delicious potato pancakes and absolutely fantastic red cabbage. I enjoyed it very much. My husband had a burger which he thought was very good too. Service was friendly and attentive and prices were reasonable. We are looking forward to a return visit.More
