Came here specifically for the gluten free doughnuts and they were absolutely delicious. As someone who can't eat gluten & dairy finding a good quality doughnut that doesn't taste like a dish sponge is hard. Their customer service was great and the quality of the doughnuts was top notch. Will definitely come back!!! Thank you for finally allowing me to eat a doughnut that tastes just like a real doughnut!

For the Christmas holiday, we ordered a dozen assorted donuts and another dozen of the mini donuts. What we didn’t receive were the character donuts. We were called back, the person told us it wasn’t part of our order. They failed to write down our order. We explicitly reviewed our order beforehand and the person repeated it back. While the donuts are delicious, the attitude and customer service are undeniably atrocious.

While Dunkin Donuts 🍩 is a favorite franchise, it cannot compare to the selection and taste. These donuts are simply insanely good 👍. We ordered two dozen including the PB&J, Brunch Broad, The Long Branch, The Howell Crunch and The Nantucket. Wow are these donuts are delicious. We ordered in an advance since they sell out quickly. Simply put, they are worth the trip for the holidays or any other celebration.

After enjoying GREAT donuts at Pinkbox Doughnuts in June in Las Vegas, I tried seeking out a decent doughnut place here in NJ. (and by "decent", I'm most certainly excluding the ubiquitous Dunkin' Donuts!). This led me to finding Broad St. Dough Co. in Freehold since I'd read some good buzz about it online.
I think it cost me about $19 for a dozen doughnuts. Some of the doughnuts were very tasty yet some were just so-so, especially given the price. But the worst thing: the doughnuts are TINY...most were about 2 inches wide.
So although the quality/taste of the doughnuts was actually pretty decent, they are a little overpriced for what you actually get. Also worth noting: the doughnuts are made-to-order (they don't have any pre-made sitting in a display case) so it would be helpful to order ahead of time unless you want to wait 5-10 minutes for them to create your order. The young ladies who assisted with my order were very friendly and patient as I decided which varieties I wanted.
Based on below-average value, I can only give this place a 3-star (average) rating. I may come back sometime but it definitely won't be a "go-to" spot for me.
