Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

They have delicious fresh sushi. Some of the best I’ve ever had. All you can eat $21.99/person. (Only order what you can eat.. you can always order more) The service is a little slow but it’s worth the wait. The restaurant is very clean & nice.

First time visit and it was a great experience. For us, this restaurant is better than ‘Sushi Palace’. There are a lot more none sashimi and none sushi options. The family is already planning when to go back. Visit the place and see it for yourself.

Sushi Saga is making good food. I find their rolls to be the best in this area. Their prices are reasonable and if you eat in the restaurant-it is clean and the staff is friendly. The option for pick up also exists and I use that as well. For a change of menu Sushi Saga is a good place to eat!

I've never been to a place so terrible that it warranted a review as I'm sitting here dining. But the service is so slow, terrible and inconsistent that it's giving me plenty of time to write this review as I've been sitting here forever with no food on the table. This place is severely understaffed with only two sushi chefs working for the entire restaurant. There are only two waitresses visible with severe customer service issues. They constantly walk back and fourth with a stone cold face. Would not recommend at all.

Came with 2 friends, food was excellent, Service a little slow and they did forget a couple of items when I first ordered so I had to re-order those items, Waite staff were very accommodating and friendly. Definitely going back.

Sushi saga had good reviews here on trip advisor so we decided to try it. Appetizers like rock shrimp and Gyoza were very good. Most of the sushi fish had no flavor and taste very similar to each other. Service was nonexistent.
We might return and hope they were different servers on your next visit.

Sushi Saga was a frequent spot for us but last night's definitely the last time I will go there. The service was very poor!!! First you had to wait for 15 minutes for us to get the waitres to take our orders and after 37 minutes of waiting one of the meals served cold and they brought out wrong order on the other meals. Waiting and waiting for another 10 minutes for them to bring out the correct meals finally came out with the right orders with attitude given by the waitres named Grace. The service was very very poor and you constantly have to wait, and often treated with poor unprofessional and uneducated attitude, not a single sense of customer service skills to apologize to us. Not worth it to spend over $100 here. I will definitely take my business and my hard earned money somewhere else.

The concept of all you can eat has the concept of buffet this is very civilized. There are order sheets you sit and food is brought to you. The sushi is excellent quality and you can order as much as you want. The price is fixed a little less during the week than weekend but the price value ratio is very high.
It is a go to place for friends and family. Even when it is full sound volume is not.
Staff is pleasant and attentive.

Sushi was good and it was made to order. Not as good as Sushi Palace just 15 minutes away from here. Good value for the money

Sushi Saga was a frequent spot for us but last night's might be the last time I will go there. The sushi portions are getting smaller and smaller. Everything is cut extremely thin and small. The service was poor and you constantly have to wait, and often treated with poor attitude. Not worth it..

Fairly high quality sushi at a really good Lunch Special price in particular. $7.50 for any 2 select rolls, I think $10.50 for any 3; They do not skimp on portions, and include ginger dressing salad & miso soup.
The new grocery store across the parking lot offers far less quality sushi for a noticeably higher price in case you need convincing.

This has become our new go to place. if you time it right, you can get seated right away. Price and selection are similar to other AYCE in the area such as Sushi Palace. What I like about this place is that they don't pack the sushi rolls with too much rice.
Nice place, not too big. Very good service.

Popped in here a couple months ago just to get a quick bite of sushi to take home and I can say that even in the 10 or so minutes I was there waiting for my food they made a good impression! I asked for philly and alaskan rolls to go and the lady behind the register was very nice and told me it'd be ready in about 10 minutes so I sat and waited. The restaurant itself is clean and well kept and they had a tv on the wall which was nice since it gave me something to watch while I waited. The rolls were out quickly and a good price, less than $10 for both rolls and they were excellent! Really good quality; I will definitely be going back to try their all you can eat option.
