Cold meats added to not so hot broth but the worse was that the Tonkotsu Ramen broth had little taste to it. I will not be going back

Another great visit and excellent service by Ayako ! We pretty much ordered the same items from last visit since we enjoyed it so much. I did try their Kim chi and black garlic oil on the side; both added a unique flavor. Until next...time .... you should stop by and check them out. You won’t be disappointed !More
First time and thoroughly enjoyed. Noodles were thicker than I’ve had at other Ramen Restuarants; spaghetti like but not exactly. I ordered the miso and it was very tasty. Also tried their chashu pork, chashu chicken, steamed and fried dumplings all very good and tasty....We couldn’t decided which ones we liked more since all were delicious. Highly recommend; small Restuarant do be sure to make reservations. Good service by AyakoMore
You can't go wrong here. Medium heat is terrific with great flavor...excited to try flaming on next visit! My wife had Miso and was just over the moon. Very nice staff. Very accommodating and patient with us beginners from out of town. So good!!! 2.5...hr drive for us is not unreasonable..at all.More
This is my favorite ramen spot in Las Vegas. Small and cute, service is quick. It's usually busy but there is never a super long wait. I love Monta ramen but this place is more for my palate because the focus on spicy soup (which...I love) I always get the shoyu ramen. The kimchi fried rice is awesome too!More
Loved the steamed dumplings here and the Raman is one of the better ones for sure!!! This place is usually busy, but the line up goes fairly quickly....it’s worth the wait!!!
The place is small. The tonkatsu was pretty good. The pork belly bowl was different but good. Service was good
Small ramen location. Had to wait for 30-45 minutes. We were also a large part of 11 (that didn't help). The "hot" levels are REALLY spicy. Tried the pork belly. It was okay. Had the vegetarian ramen. It was good. They also had rice dishes...but we didn't try any. We all had ramen. A bit expensive compared to Pho.More
This property changed hands and the new entity is not up to par. The dumplings (gyoza) were over-done, the kimichi may have been past the sell-by date and the ramen was a mess. Too many ingredients to distinguish the dish. So many alternatives, we will...not return.More
I had the chicken broth spicy ramen to go. The facility is very small....but in a good way. The vibe is awesome. You can watch them pull the noodles and the whole process. Not knowing really how authentic ramen places worked, I was a little...lost but was happy to see that I had a full gamut of options that were easy to add or remove. I will absolutely be going back. Especially since they kept the ingredients separate for my to go order so it didn’t over cook!More
Maybe I am feeling biased because it was here that I first tried authentic ramen, and it was there that I fell in love with this Japanese savory. The chicken ramen was so flavorful, and packed with a melody of green ingredients. No place I...have tried since has been as good as this place was. It is a small, quiet, dine in only spot, that is definitely worth a try. .More
Food is fresh, fast, and friendly. The wait is worth it, and there is a reason the line is out the window for lunch and dinner. Got the opportunity to try the side dishes, including the fried rice (Without kimchi), steamed pork buns and the...pork belly. ALL the dishes were delicious, especially the fried rice. The ramen is of course still the winning meal and will always be a great staple of this restaurant.More
We love having lunch here. The ramen is always the best and the staff is friendly and efficient. It is located in a pod mall just off the freeway. With plenty of parking. The broth is sublime, and The kimchi rice is also very good.
By far the best Ramen I've tasted in Vegas. There's a lot of Ramen places I've tried. What makes Ramen Kobe stand out for me is the fresh made noodles. You see them making the noodles in the window. The sit down area is small...and very intimate. The fresh made noodle soup are simply delicious. For a 1st timer, I recommend the Miso soup, with a Chashu Pork, Nori, & Spinach. Spice Level is up to you. Or you can request the spice on the side. Great Place. Highly Recommend it.More
The place is small and typical of ramen place. The service was good. Ramen was good. The place was busy with a wait list during lunch
