Great Bar Food!

The burgers, though a mite expensive for being in the middle of nowhere, were fantastic. The wood fired pizza looked good. Strong drinks, good bar staff (tip well the first round and you'll get better service).

A great burger

Wife and I stopped here and it is connected to a deli. Wife had a burger that was very good and I had the chicken Caesar. Serve was great and good atmosphere

Closed w/o Notice

Really disappointed to arrive in Livingston to find this restaurant closed without any indication as to when it will reopen, especially since we are staying at The Murray. Plenty of other stores and restaurants still open, so kudos to them. When I asked the manager at The Murray why they had not taken the time to mention in all the emails they sent us about our reservation that their hotel bar, restaurant, and two other adjacent restaurants were closed, he said “It’s not my job to plan your vacation.” Well, enough said...

wife's BLT was good. my french dip was cold. period. and not sliced beef but looked like hastily meat pulled off a cold roast thrown a on a bun. tasteless and sticky... it did not look like the sandwich the person next to me had ordered! wth? and you served this really un appetizing mess of shredded meat? the au jus was gold with the fat starting to congeal as well. just a complete fail never again

A very bustling dining experience. The food was fairly good and the wait staff seemed attentive. Our pizza was a little undercooked but my wife’s burger was very tasty

You just gotta visit the Murray if you are in Livingston. The food is good, the bar has anything you need and the atmosphere pulls it all together. Can have some great live music.

Awesome elk burger and service!

Over hyped but great service

Ate an early supper here. It was ok but certainly not life changing. Some other reviews suggested this was the case... but for us it was not. The dining experience was hindered by a barrage of “possibly” fruit flies. The server encouraged us to kill as many as we could. I had the margarita pizza that was pedestrian and his burger when compared with other “high end” signature burgers was underwhelming and did not live up to the hype. It was over done and seemed to be missing the brisket and horseradish aioli. This was really a pretty standard meal.

Bombastic Burger

We were in town for the day and after doing a little shopping downtown we stopped in for a burger. I had the burger with green chilies and it was awesome. The burger was juicy and had just enough kick. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly place

I had the wings with the smokey dry rub and a couple of draft beers. The wings were very good! I sat at the bar and watched football. The bar maid and other customers were very friendly and a joy to talk to.

Great meal

The food was quite good - between excellent and very good. The service was friendly but the waitress forgot to bring our drinks until we reminded her when the dinner was served. The outdoor table was nice. Desert was fantastic - chocolate mousse.
