My wife and I visited this restaurant today after eating Yellowstone. We arrived around 9:30am and waited a few minutes in line. This is a quaint coffee / food restaurant with very casual seating. We ordered at the counter then found 2 seats to the side at the counter. I ordered a passion fruit / Mango smoothie and breakfast muffin sandwich. This normally comes with sausage but I asked to have bacon. It also comes with jam on it. My particular sandwich came with fresh blueberry jam. The egg was not over cooked and the sandwich was delicious. The smoothie was very good as well.
A very well enjoyed breakfast.

Saw on TA menu was different and we wanted to try it. I ordered the fluffy egg sandwich with no cheese. Bread was something different, light and tasty. Bacon was crispy. Service was good, had to wait because they were understaffed. Highly recommend to go there. Shop and dine local!

Such a wonderful quaint place. Wonderful food, great coffee, friendly staff. This is a small restaurant, so don’t expect fast food, but the wait is worth it. The owner always has great music playing as well.

The menu promises fireworks, delivers sparklers instead. Excellent counter service, friendly. The egg sandwich (Sammy) served on a soft meh roll when I could have been so much better. The hot coffee didn't, to me, taste any better than a cup I'd get in a diner. Nice room, nice vibe, so so food.

Stopped to get a quick lunch. Staff was nice and friendly, and my chicken sandwich was delicious. It's not the biggest place, so don't be surprised when you walk in and it's packed. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time though.

Great little spot with real character and excellent food. Great list of custom coffees to go with the food. Breakfast burrito was great and their locally sourced salsa was spectacular.
Plenty of other foods choose from.

Husband and I were looking for a coffee place on a Monday afternoon to sit out a thunderstorm, and we lucked upon Tru North Café! Cozy, eclectic, fun, great service , strong wifi, good coffee and sweets. Stop by. You won't regret it.

I was solo in Livingston and starving for breakfast. I found this gem of a restaurant downtown and enjoyed a very inventive breakfast sandwich…and the most amazing americano ever. Delightful spot with a sense of humor. Glad I found you!

Wife and I had delicious breakfast (avocado toast for her, burrito for me). Coffee & breakfast were outstanding and worth the wait. Cozy warm and comfortable atmosphere while waiting out the rain showers that are moving through today. Glad we came.

Reviews looked good so…. we gave it a try. Great atmosphere and good food. Perhaps a tad pricey but isn’t that relative? Didn’t have coffee (make my own) but based on food and atmosphere it is probably a good pour.

We had a great, hearty breakfast burrito here along with good coffee. Loved the non-chain independent coffee bar vibe. They warn you the food is made to order and will take awhile. (I wouldn't go here if you are in a hurry.) Also loved it that they discourage cell phone conversations in the place.

We were looking for a coffee and had been told about another place but as they weren't open we tried Tru North. Very happy we did as the lattes were great! Was very busy when we arrived but did manage to find a seat. Cafe is decorated nicely and some great notices around make you smile.

Honestly, it's the best blt i have had in a very long time. Loved the Carmel Machiato so much that we took one to go. Get in early if you're looking for breakfast. This place fills up fast. Its that good. Cant wait to come back

Stop here whenever I am even close to Livingston. They know how to make a proper dry cappuccino and the atmosphere is better than in my own living room. Always friendly staff, great place.
