We were driving down the street in Livi gston, and saw a long line of people standing outside on a cold day, waiting to order good at a window. We thought " this myst be a great place to eat". We were right! Although there were about a dozen people standing in front of us, we placed the order in about 15 minutes and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The Beefburger is small, but only $1.99. If you have a bigger appetite, order the double or triple burger, still at bargain prices. The crinkle cut fries, onion rings, and fried mushrooms were hot and delicious. I keep referring to the great prices, but more importantly, delicious. If I get hungry this evening, I'll go back for more!

Definitely worth the visit and the wait in line / for the food. Food is not epic but it is very good. Prices are pretty low but so are the portion sizes, so consider that when ordering - even the double burgers aren't huge. Fries were kind of limp, so the second time we went we tried the tater tots which were a bit over done. Onion rings were good but a bit over-breaded. The chili dog was amazing, and the burgers were very good despite their size. Shakes are very good as well - get the Huckleberry.

Long time customer of Mark's In and Out. The employees there are always friendly, the confirm what food you've ordered and it is generally correct. They have a lot of good food and even the classic basic food is done well. The parking at the location as well as dealing with traffic on the main road can be a bit difficult so weather permitting I usually try to walk over if I can.

Mark's In and Out opens in the middle of April usually, and if you see a long line out to the curb you are seeing the love affair that Livingston has with Mark's. Not to be missed is the super burger with everything, and the onion rings. If you get a chocolate shake or malt, it is made with real Locally sourced ice cream from Wilcoxsin's dairy in Livingston. The owner of Mark's is Scott Black. He has been the driving force behind Mark's for countless years, and keeps it spic and span, with an entire cadre of good staff.

Old style drive in restaurant with great burgers and milkshakes. The lines are long that curb to the streets. Had to park my car around the block as this place gets packed. This place only sells burgers. There’s an item on the menu which is called Super Pizza which is a burger tasting like a pizza. One person in my party got confused about that. Other than that, I would definitely try this place again.

Hours were clearly listed online and in person to be open until 8PM and closed Monday. We showed up at 630 on Sunday and it was closed with no explanation. We are from out of the area and heard great things and had many recommendations to eat at Marks on our way through Livingston. After a long day hiking and rafting in Yellowstone we were starving and this was extremely disappointing. Lots of angry kids and hungry parents in the car. :(

We got burgers, fries, onion rings and tots. We also tried the shakes and sodas. Everything was absolutely amazing and the prices were so reasonable. We definitely would eat here again! We had to wait about 10-15 minutes in line to order but it was well worth it.

We went for lunch and between the line to order and the wait for our food it took an hour so plan accordingly if you want lunch on any weekend. I am not sure if it was because they just opened for the season or if they were short staffed but we were very surprised. Their burgers were good and the onion rings are the best. We also liked the mushrooms. I suggest a side of tartar sauce for the mushrooms. Definitely a classic place to go with the small town feel of Livingston.

I love old hamburger places like this. The burger was small but just the right size for me. Everyone loved the burgers they got. Fries were really good and tater tots were good. Milkshakes. Frickin awesome! So thick!!! Can’t use a paper straw with these milkshakes!!! Prices were decent. Long line to take order but then food came pretty quickly afterwards. Worth the wait.

Unique dining experience. There was always a line during our stay so we thought we had to give it a try. We had burgers, onion rings, fries, and malts … all of which were excellent. The only downside is that you have to stand in line in the hot sun so plan accordingly. I would definitely go back!!!

Don’t miss. Awesome throwback and excellent food. Get the double burger if you’re hungry- not that big. Fries & rings salty and delicious. Shakes great for ok. Don’t let the line scare you off- moves quick and worth the wait.

Great experience. Quick service and fantastic food. Burgers, veggie burger (yes, it’s good), fries, onion rings and mushrooms were all good. Prices were low for the area.

Our first night in Livingston and our family insisted we go here for dinner because they’re closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Your choices are eat outside or get the food to go. You stand in line outside, order, get a buzzer and wait. Fortunately the weather was good and we snagged a picnic table at the park across the street. After waiting 15-20 minutes, the buzzer went off and we got our bag of food and the drinks. They put them in a box for us and off we went across the street. When we handed out the food, we found out we had been shorted one burger so that person went back to get it. No issue other than the hassle of having to do it. The shakes were good, the burgers were good but nothing to get overly excited about and the onion rings were excellent. For six of us with six burgers, six drinks and one order of onion rings, the bill was just under $60. (They do charge extra for lettuce and tomato if you want that on your burger and a couple of us did.) They are busy all of the time. So plan to wait to order and wait to get the food and if the weather is less than ideal, be prepared. Parking is also tough too but it’s doable.

Drove by and saw a long line so we knew it must be a great place- we were not disappointed! Old fashioned burger was good- get at least a double! Crinkly cut salty fries and fried mushrooms rounded out the meal! Yummy!
