This little gem of a store has the best selection of cheeses in a 100 mile radius. If you want to put tiger a picnic and go to the beautiful city park, this is your go to place. The people who work there are extremely knowledgable, and if you call ahead will pack a lunch for you of olives, and cheeses and meats, that you would expect to find in LA or NYC, It is really fantastic food.

I highly recommend this store for both their selection of high quality (and good value) wines and champagnes. Debbie went way out of her way to help us put together a selection of wines over the phone and then pick them up off hours. If you are looking for people who care about the wines they offer and are incredibly helpful, this is the store for you.

Staff was very knowledgeable of cheeses and pairings, I enjoyed all the recommendations. The light goat and triple cream were wonderful. Nice quite atmosphere, very relaxing and enjoyable.

Some people can't deal with any kind of pressure. But if that pressure is simply
dealing with restocking the shelves and answering the phone you may well have chozen the wrong career. In a service business like a wine and cheese shop you might want to at least pretend you like the public! As some of you know from my previous reviews I am a restaurateur and
coctail lounge owner. You never know who the person is that you are talking to so it is best to be cordial to all. Livingston is a very small community and Trip Advisor connects it with the traveler passing through. Judge for yourself but as for me
this is one to avoid.

The wine bar was recommended by a local. We popped in for a pre dinner glass of wine but found the two staff members surly and unwelcoming. Perhaps they only like the locals there, but unfortunately we were a little frustrated with the surly bar tender who seemed annoyed that we were undecided on what wine to select. Not a fan. Service with a small goes a long way!

Great little place to tuck into and get away from the crowd. Light American fare with lovely wine selections. Brews on tap were sufficient for my hubby. Air conditioned and had flight options which is always nice. We decided not to eat here but there were lovely salads and sandwiches floating by.

We visited Uncorked twice during our 2 week visit to Livingston, first with our son and his girlfriend and then just the two of us. We sampled wine (both red and white flights) and beer and had lovely cheese and meats samplers as well as other accompaniments such as Marcona almonds and olives. Very relaxing and fun. Upon occasion there is live music. They open at 4 and apparently close as dictated by the customers.
