We had never heard of the Huckleberry and so we were curious as to what it was all about. Wow! The story behind it is really incredible. Our first experience was actually the huckleberry bear claws in Poleridge. You have to go, it's a way...on a dirt road with holes but it is an experience of a life time for those who have never had huckleberry. Now as for the Huckleberry Patch. This is the real deal. Many many huckleberry products to pick from and they really have a nice selection for gift ideas or just something for yourself. We wanted to buy a pie to share with our daughter and her friend but there was a ration because the baker was out for medical reasons. However, a very nice young lady accommodated us with four pieces and an extra. I highly recommend this stop. First class place right on the main drag.More

You are coming here if you want huckleberry flavored ice cream, jam, syrup, coffee, you name it. We came here to get a few slices of pie and coffee (both were delicious), and the staff were extremely friendly and answered all the questions about huckleberry...that they've probably heard hundreds of times like it was the first. Most people seemed to be getting the ice cream. This place also has lots of gifts, ornaments, things to take home after your trip to Glacier. Definitely worth a stop!More

The best huckleberry milkshakes! Also, they have their own cannery and make all of their huckleberry products.

Family came here to try the huckleberry ice cream / pie and to kill some time at the gift shop. Service at the counter was friendly and polite. Nice to see young employees with good work attitudes. Thought the pie was pretty good; really liked...the ice cream. Prices were reasonable. Picked up a couple GNP souvenirs as well. Positive experience overall.More

“Not selling whole pies to just one person” I had to have all 4 people come into sell us the whole pie. Most expensive pie ever. Certainly sticker shock… but it was good!

Stay Away! Stopped by for a Huckleberry pie after hiking in glacier. They tell you that they are not selling full pies right now but you can buy each piece separately for $8 more. After contemplating on whether to bolt, I said I’d take 8...pieces. She said “would you like your pie sliced?” Huh? She then handed me a full pie but charged me the extra $8 for buying single pieces (which ended up being a full, uncut pie)! The gals working the counter have some extra $$ tonight!More

We stopped for lunch at the Huckleberry Patch. Okay--the food, which was pretty standard fare except for the huckleberry pie, which some of us liked but some did not. Not okay--the staff, which were apparently required to wear masks, but exhibited their defiance by wearing...them on their chins with mouths and noses exposed to patrons.More

The huckleberry pie - only huckleberry by itself- was outstanding. Must try it! Husband says huckleberry ice was good. Scoops were huge. We got huckleberry fudge, jam, popcorn and taffy here for the road home. Bought huckleberry syrup and licorice other places but you can...get next to everything you want in huckleberry here.More
