The best Gyro around!

such an awesome place and the most friendly staff! I love a good Gyro and there is so much to choose from. Dennis is the best of the Best of humans!

Delicious homemade soup and gyros - what's not to like?

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Planet Gyros. The food and service were excellent. I love when the employees take time to explain the menu - and it is an extensive menu. I have eaten here before and it just gets better. Highly recommend it for a quick lunch or dinner - or even take-out.

Better come hungry

This is a must stop place to eat if you love gyros! You'd better come hungry, the portions are massive! So many gyros to choose from or if you dont want a gyro you can have a gyro salad or a gyro and soup. Fast service, but very busy even in the middle of the afternoon.

Great lunch

I was in Helena for a meeting and Planet Gyros was quite close to the meeting. My husband picked me up for lunch and we decided to give it a try. The food was delicious. Our gyros were packed with goodies and they were ready quickly. I had an original that was exactly what I was expecting. My husband had an Apollo and was quite pleased with it and the Midas sauce that adorned the gyro. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was laid back. I will definitely try to come back the next time I’m in town!

Friendly, fast, and great menu

Eaten here at least five times in as many years and have always left happy. Gyros are made fresh to order. I like the Alexander, with wing sauce and hot peppers. Very filling and quality ingredients. Never stale lettuce, which is common at many gyro shops.

So good

I love the flavor. I have yet to be disappointed in anything I have ordered. The only thing you have to prepare for is how stuffed the gyros are. There is no clean way to eat them. The first one I had I ate with a fork and knife and I never do that with a gyro! The mess is totally worth it.

Visit to a former lunch place

My husband and I used to go here a lot. When we moved back, this was one of the first places we came to. It was very disappointing. The gyros were smaller, less filling, and not very tasty. Doubt I will go back.

over-priced

Got a small clam chowder 8-10oz. very salty, hardly any clams, mostly starch liquid. over-priced @ $5. I think the entire menu is over-priced for the amount you get.

Amazing gyros especially in Montana

Been going here for 15 years, always been great authentic food and I've had them fresh in Greece. A little drop in quality since the move but really great healthy food the same.

disappointing. Don't waste your money

I wanted to give this place at least an "average" rating, but two bites into my salad and I couldn't eat anymore it was so lackluster and the dressing was oddly nothing like any Greek flavors I've ever had before. The picture above shows olives, but none were to be found on my salad. What is Greek without Kalamata olives??!? The baklava was pretty good, but it came out of a box that leads me to believe they don't make it in-house. If McDonalds did Greek, this is what it would taste like. Sorry, but I advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

Great Greek Food

We had taken the Capitol tour nearby and found this restaurant within walking distance. We, however did move our car to the restaurant parking. The menu had lots of choices with all having option of gyro or salad. I choice the chicken souvlaki which had 6 oz. of meat. The chicken flavoring was awesome. I really enjoyed my gyro.

Excellent Chicken Souvlaki

The Chicken Souvlaki is out of this world! The flavor explodes in your mouth and every bite is greatly anticipated. At first the gyro is a little large to fit in your mouth, but after a few bites, I was able to fold it and grasp it in both hands. I was sad to have this sandwich end....
