Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great take-out menu for us as we left town for a day of driving. We pulled over later in the day because their sammies were so generous that we would have made a mess if we kept driving. Fast service and attentive to COVID safety. The tuna salad was especially yummy. My one bit of feedback is that the chicken salad didn't seem to be made from actual home-cooked chicken. The chicken meat reminded me more of Subway's chicken salad meat, in other words processed and not pulled off a real bird. We would visit again!

I love the local bakery. They do great coffee, scones, cookies and terrific sandwiches made to order for lunch. Hearty breads and lots of fillings available . You can sit downstairs or outdoors in small tables or go upstairs for groups and meetings. Friendly service and great food.

The best macaroons I've had in a very long time. They're nicely browned and chewy on the outside, moist on the inside, and not overly sweet. (Sorry, no other GF goodies here.) The macaroons at Dive were a wonderful change from the stale, over-sweet ones I've had from other bakeries in Washington and Oregon in the last couple of years.

I like this place, have been going here since they opened. Spinach florentine breakfast sandwich on cheddar chive peasant is my fave. I often get their breakfast sandwiches for office events and they always do a great job with larger numbers as well. The crepes and sandwiches are good, salads are boring. But the breakfast sandwiches ROCK.

We have been here a few times for a light lunch. Everything is fresh and extremely good. It one of those small places that you would drive right past but don’t. It is a great little find.

Their caramel rolls are best anywhere! I like the croissants, sandwiches and soups too, though the soup usually runs out early. Their cookies are huge! Nice people, fast and friendly.

This is my go-to place for lunch when I'm in a hurry. The sandwiches and crepes are delicious and the service is speedy. And the cookies are too good to pass up! Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I haven't been here in many years but recently came with a friend for lunch. I ordered the special turkey sandwich. I ordered a half with chips and a cookie and a small fountain soda which came to just over ten dollars. Thank goodness I ordred the cookie because the sandwich was disappointingly small! I loved it, but it was just way too small. I probably won't be back any time soon.

Hi Kim, The price for the half sandwich, chips, cookie and fountain soda should be $7.75 If you would have contacted us directly we could have fixed this for you if you were overcharged. We'd be happy to correct this for you. Otherwise, we have not raised our sandwich prices in the last couple years.

Stumbled on this gracious and yummy bakery + after a visit to MT State Capitol. Cook to order sandwich on a toasted asiago/sausage bagel featured creamy eggs, crisp bacon, bit o jalapeño...hands down the most delicious dang thang I've had, and I like me my breakfast sandwiches! Strong fresh coffee in a warmed mug, friendly smiles and chatter from staff and patrons alike, what a happy way to start my day! Upstairs and outdoor seating a boon- and thanks for wifi access for that second and third cup! 10 thumbs up!

Usually when you see a bakery the last thing you think of is salad, but The Dive has the best salads in Helena. I usually get the Blue Blue, but The Gobbler is also really good. They use real turkey and it is so good. You also get half a peasant roll and while you're there you might as well get something for dessert. The only downside is choosing what you want!
