Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My compliments to the chef(s) this week! the beef barley soup and chicken noodle soup were both outstanding. Better than any restaurant I’ve been to. Keep up the good work.

The food is tasty, but the up charge is ridiculous! Buy a burrito, layered mostly in flour tortilla, and you are charged .50 for a tablespoon of salsa, and .50 for a tablespoon of sour cream. $12/lb for salad bar.

Stopped in the afternoon to grab items for the next morning. Our flight was early and we knew options would be limited. If I lived in Bozeman this would be my store!

I love this place for so many reasons. Groceries, lunch, coffee, gifts but most of all the community feel. You know the products are high quality and the shopping environment is clean and organized.

I was looking for a restaurant after checking into my hotel nearby. Found this hidden gem. It is a hot and cold bar within the supermarket. The variety is enormous and it is healthy. There is soups and all types of veges and some meats....The cost is $9.99/lb. Great value. You pick and choose your food , pay at the counter and head upstairs for your meal. It has free wifi too. Really nice place.More

we pulled into bozeman, montana around 5pm and were pleaseantly surprised by the co-op. We are on the road for two months so wanted to eat, cheap and healthy food. There is nothing that this place doesnt have. When you enter you see all the...fresh produce and ready to eat hot and cold salad bars. Its pretty cheap at $9.79/lb for a take away box, or a plate to stay, where you can eat upstairs. Upstairs it has a quiet little dining hall with a juice and smoothie bar and coffee hut! we loved it and yes enjoyed the wifi. when we were there it wasnt too crowded and there were lots of table available, but I could imagine this place gets busy with students etc. Then we headed down stairs and were overwhelmed with all the products for healthcare, bulk foods, meal options etc. I knownit sounds like I’ve never been in a supermarket before but you have to check it out. Bring your appetitie. Great prices too.More

Located near other attractions and restaurants in downtown Bozeman. We stopped twice as tourists, once for picnic items and again for interesting take-out options.

Enjoyed a simple lunch there a couple of times. The hot bar changes regularly and does not fail to please. The rest of the grocery store is a bit small.

I was excited to finally try the coop, as I've driven by for years. I will most likely continue to drive by in the future. Though they have an abundant supply of organic produce, the customers made this a completely unwelcoming visit. I saw only...one or two smiles as the shoppers seemed to be an extremely unhappy, angry lot. The staff working at the store were pleasant and friendly, but the majority of the customers couldn't be bothered to issue a "thank you or excuse me" when bumping into others. I haven't been around such a large group of nasty, grumpy people in ages. Don't know what their problems were, but apparently the weight of the world was on their shoulders and I don't care to be dragged down into a circle of negativity with them.More

This store offers nothing special, but comes with a bloated price tag. None of the food offerings are unique, and most products can be found at other shops for a more decent price point. Try local store Town and Country for great local produce, meat,...and specialty items, or enjoy a night out at Maven's Market for some really unique gourmet finds. This place should be avoided at all costs!More

They are knowable, helpful, have a great salad bar, great custom-made sandwiches, bulk herbs, great coffee upstairs & pastries. Often upstairs there is a musician. In Spring I purchase herb seeds to grow. Bring your own bags for a discount. In warm weather, you can...sit outside. Always grab coupons for best deal.More

This co-op and the other one near Lewis and Clark motel are the best thing ever. If you are into healthy, locally sourced and delicious food this is the place for you. You can eat in or take away. I enjoyed their lovely fresh soups,...actually I enjoyed everything I had there.More

I've been here several times. Sometimes for groceries and others for lunch. Their food selection is good but they really think it's worth a premium. Take any generic item that is found at the co-op and other places in town. I can almost guarantee it...will be the most expensive at the co-op by quite a bit. Also, paying >$10 for a deli lunch is disappointing.More
