Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had received an excellent recommendation from some friends that live in the area and while it was a little out of the middle of town where we were staying, decided to give it a try. Really glad we did, food was plentiful (and that's...putting it mildly) and delicious. Staff was effecient and friendly. Other than the 40 minute wait (not bad for a Sunday morning), a very nice experience.More

I visited Storm Castle Cafe for two reasons, good reviews and Guy Fieri had visited them. It is just off the MSU Campus and was an easy walk from where I was working. It was lunch time and they were pretty busy. I ordered the...Po Campo, which is one of the dishes Guy tried, to go. Based on what I observed while waiting for my food, I will say that some of the staff didn’t really seem to want to engage with the guests while a couple went out of their way to have a good attitude and make the guests happy. When they came out with my food, I was shocked since there were two containers. When I opened them back in the office, I was shocked by how much food there was. The main part of the meal (pork wrapped in a tortilla and fried) was juicy, flavorful and smothered in an AMAZING cheese sauce. The beans that came with it were great and my fried egg wasn’t as done as I wanted it to be (asked for over medium and got over easy instead). Overall a good meal, though there was no way I could eat it all, unless I wanted to make myself sick. But I can honestly admit, I tried to eat it all.More

We arrived in Bozeman after an early morning flight. The menu had a little bit of everything so we decided to stop by. We were told to expect a 30 minute wait but we were seated much quicker. Typically, I order any vegetarian option offered...on a menu. To my family's surprise, I ordered the meatloaf sandwich. It was beyond delicious with the meatloaf wrapped in bacon and served on a buttery ciabatta. Wow!More

Huge amounts of food. Prices are high but two can eat from one plate. We had a long wait in line, a long wait for food, and an inattentive young waitress. The lady at the front forgot about us. Part of my food was lukewarm...and some steaming hot.More

Best breakfast in Bozeman! Great vibe and great service and servers. We had the corned beef hash, French toast and biscuit and gravy which were all incredible. The quality of food and touch is very apparent at this establishment. The sage in the gravy and...decadence of the French toast was awesome. Come hungry!More

Storm Castle Cafe is our go to place. We drive over 2 hours to get here, and it has never let us down. As a family with 3 small children it is hard to find a place you feel welcome, this place is it! Scott...and Nichole have done a fantastic job serving delicious food and having great staff. They went out of there way to be sure we were on there wait list and had a seat ready for us as we had other commitments close to there closing hour. We love Storm Castle Cafe, and wish we had them in our home town! Thank You!!More

This place was a great refuge after a long day of traveling. The staff was kind and energetic! The food this off the charts delicious!! I had a party melt and it was excellent. Don’t miss the in house made sauces either! All were great...we took home the habanero. If I’m stuck in Bozeman again this is my eatery.More

Arrived and greeted with a very friendly host at the desk. We had limited time and they were able to get us a table right away. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food was outstanding. I had grandma’s enchiladas and I was very impressed....The atmosphere is relaxed they use cleaning products to wipe their tables. I will definitely return.More

Huge plates with quality local food. Loved every bite! Can’t wait to pass through Bozeman again to stop and give them more business and fill my stomach.

What a fantastic brunch experience we had here on a recent trip to Bozeman! It was a drizzly Saturday late AM and we were hungry. Enough so, I we had no problem with a long wait. We ended up being presented with the option of...sitting at the counter after maybe 15 minutes tops, we we took advantage of. I ordered the Monte Cristo, I have had a love affair with this 'sandwich' for decades and it is rare to find it on any menu down in the southwest. My friend ordered the Vaquero (breakfast burrito). The portions are HUGE. In fact the Monte Cristo could have easily been split between 2-3. I literally could only eat a 1/4 of it. I had hash browns as well as I wanted to try all of their hot sauces. I think my favorite was the green/jalapeno one. Anyway, the Monte Cristo was seriously on point and absolutely scrumptious. My friend went to town on her Vaquero (also could have been split given the size). Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make their own hot sauces there (and you can buy them) so I took a bottle of the habanero (orange) sauce to go and flew that baby back to AZ to douse my food with.More

Menu was somewhat limited for breakfast or brunch. Service was not quick but not super slow, either. One of three breakfast dishes we ordered was either overcooked or deep fried in old oil...very dark and greasy!

Took about 2 hours from when we arrived until we got our food. That was including the estimated 30 min wait upon arrival. I didn’t find anything amazing about the food, ambiance, or service. The menu was average.

They have incredible food. Such good care is taken from the preparation to the source of the food they offer. There's usually a wait and that's because they're worth it!

One of us had Grandma's Enchiladas and one of us has Buzz Luz skillet. Both were prepared excellently. The portions were extremely large for 2 small women. Plenty for leftovers, which we did not take advantage of, since staying at a hotel and leaving next...day. Prices were reasonable.More
