Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Slick operation in a big clean area at the cathedral and a perfect place for cheap meals. The manoush are done well and are basically small pizzas for a low price. The "cheese with veggies" had tomato and olive as the veggies - I liked it but they should probably be clearer on the ingredients. The coffee was amazingly unusual - so rich and rough and heavy tasting that it flowed slowly over the tongue like a mocha.

Serving the Parish with some of the best food I have ever had. Freshly made Zaartor and Labneh wraps, amazing mince pies and spinach triangles. Very high standard at amazing prices. Wonderful warm friendly staff and fast service.

Went to pick up large order for an office. Order was wrong with an item missing. Staff did not care saying you will just have to wait. No apology for the error. Just said you must have made a mistake to us. We have a large order at least once or twice a month and there is an issue every time. Either wrong or missing items. Shame. Food is good but customer service very poor.

The food here is terrific - recommended for a cheap but high quality lunch. And the staff are really friendly and obliging.

I have visited this eatery several times in the past two years. It is affiliated with the church which owns the premises, hence the name. The food is absolutely amazing in terms of freshness, taste and value for money. The tabouli is to die for and the pizzas are very generously decked for the price. The renovated dining area has added comfort and a positive atmosphere to what was already an incredible budget dining experience. The staff are extra friendly and the great coffee is an added surprise. It’s a bit low key because of its location, and therefore easily missed, so if you’re looking for something special in the Parramatta area, checking out this place in Alice Street, Harris Park is an absolute must ...you’ll be glad you did!

Located in the grounds of Our Lady of Lebanon Cathedral this cafe serves a great selection of freshly made Lebanese pizza. Very good strong coffee with plenty of seating. Can get very busy on Sunday mornings.
