Fish and chips-best in the area. Can’t speak to anything else as this is what I get from there every time I’m in town and it never disappoints.

Came here with an army buddy of my husband's while in town visiting. We were told this was a great place to eat. The burgers/sandwiches are delicious. Large portions also given.

Baked Seafood Dinner was exceptional! Covid19 carryout was very organized and drive thru setup is great-place order and pay/they assign you a parking spot and deliver to your car!

Take out is the only service open. I tried calling to order around 2 but no answer. I ordered at the window; cocktail shrimp $7, bisque cup $5 and "Seafood Combo" $24. I was told the latter was lobster and fish so $24 seemed reasonable....20 mimnutes later it was brought to my car. The 6 shrimp were small. The bisque was watery and the great $24 seafood combo consisted of 5 grilled shrimp, small again and two gross looking broiled fish. I don't like broiled fish but no one asked. I assumed fried. That's it! $38 for this. No lobster, no bread, no crackers, no potato. $38 for exactly what I described. I complained and the boss came to the window and asked what he could do. He gave me a potato, soup crackers and a fish chowder to make up for the huge fiasco. I will not darken that doorstep (window) again. I suppose they beleive you won't know how bad they robbed you until you get home and then, of course, they don't answer the phone.More

I have visited Whitey's in the 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, and now in 2020. The food is just as good as ever! The original fish dinner is my favorite, and the salad bar is very good (lots of choices). My husband had the Great Lakes...dinner with perch, walleye, and bluegill, and he loved it. He also had 12 oysters at $1 each! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.More

Best seafood around. It's of high quality too! I usually order the broiled Cod, hashbrowns with coleslaw and forgo the salad- bar which is also fine but not to my liking. The "crab bombs" as an appetiser are amazing too. My wife isn't a "fish"...lover really likes the sandwiches especially the ham and swissMore

Expedient and friendly service, abundant food on each plate (even the kids meals!), homemade salads on the salad bar, fresh bread and whipped butter, and choices for gluten free options. The branded burger bun with the Whitey's logo was a crowning touch. The smothered chicken...plate with a baked sweet potato and real butter was delicious!More

It really is very good. I am not a huge fried fish fan, but this is very good fish. My husband really enjoys the fish and warm bread. He is a lover of fried cod and picky about it as well. It is the typical...breaded and fried kind (no bread crumb breading). They have a salad bar with standard salad choices and other nice things like (pickles, cottage cheese, pea salad, broccoli salad, assorted pasta salads as well. I can not recall seeing fruit. You wont be disappointed if you like fried fish.More
