Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Paul’ s dinner is our regular breakfast stop when we are in the area visiting family. Good, honest food, friendly service—Heidi is our favorite server—and a family atmosphere. There are some charming (and more expensive) eating establishments in Concord and the other towns, but as far as we know, Paul’s is the only traditional diner around. Highly recommend.

I had lunch here. I had a small "495 Wreck" -- pastrami & corned beef sandwich. It was average. I had an order of fries (big enough for 2 or 3) and they were average. The restaurant is in a strip mall space with plenty of parking and easy access to/from I-495 or RT 110. Service was good. Average value.

We have ordered breakfast takeout from here on a couple of occasions and the food is decent. Recently we ordered food and when we arrived home and opened the containers we were met with grey/brownish ham and what seemed to be old and spoiled food. Contacted the restaurant and while they were not apologetic they offered to process a refund. Waited a week, no refund to my bankcard, called the restaurant and while the Manager did not provide the courtesy to speak with me said he would process the refund immediately. Over a month later no refund, I called their credit card processing agency on 2 occasion and was informed that the restaurant had to process the refund. Called the restaurant and still (2 weeks later I am waiting for the manager to call back. Disappointed that this local restaurant has no regards for its customers.

Found this place for lunch from signs on the Interstate. They actually had great signage to make it easy to find. I'm always surprised how many places don't after the initial sign on the Interstate. Nice diner that had lots of locals eating there and a large parking lot that. Inside it had a great small town diner feeling and we had quick service even though it was busy. Lots of different choices on their menu and we ordered the 495 Wreck and Rt 110 sandwiches. When they arrived they were both piled high with their respective meats on freshly baked buns. Only compliant was how piled high they were as it was too big for my wife to eat. And, yes we ordered smalls. Overall good food and worth stopping for.

Pre-pandemic we would eat here for breakfast once in a while and it was good. Went yesterday and it was awful. Whomever they have cooking must LOVE garlic powder, as they put it in everything, even the eggs for omelets. Now a small bit of seasoning is fine, but the amount they put in was excessive as in mouth numbing... was also in the hash I ordered as well. We will not be going back when there are better placing around...

My wife and I went to this diner just to have breakfast with ourselves. No kids. Even though this was during COVID, it was a great experience. When I think small town diner, this would be it. Great service and great food. The staff was very polite and professional. The manager made his rounds. My wife had the Eggs Benedict and I had one of their egg breakfasts. The food was great. The Eggs Benedict reminded me of the EB my dad made when I was a kid. The chorizo hash was great. I look forward to going again before it gets too cold.

Worst omelette ever. Rubbery eggs sitting in watery slop from the mushroom, peppers and onion filling. Raw onions. Toast was barely toasted and the middle was soft. Terrible. Friendly staff, though.

Had a great breakfast at Paul's today. Great food --- I had eggs and corned beef hash, my wife had the bbq chicken omelet. Portions were huge. The service was particularly good. Our waitress was friendly, accommodating, and personality plus. Wish we had got her name so we could mention it here. We were struck with the great service she gave us.

We were here back in 2018 and 2016, and remembered we liked this place. They have decent diner food at reasonable prices. We went here for lunch on the way to Maine, then on the way back from Maine, we went here again for lunch. We enjoy it here and the food was really good when we were heading to Maine, but on our way back, the food was a bit off. Not as good as a few days back, but we will still go to this place when we are in the area.

On our last day of vacation we had breakfast at Paul's Diner. This is a favorite of a family member. I ordered the Mikey P Omelette and my wife had the Jim & Barbara Omelette. Our entrees were very tasting and the service by Heidi was great. This was our second visit here and I am sure we will visit again the next time we are in the area.

We stopped in for lunch after a bike ride in the area. My wife ordered a burger and I had the cod Reuben. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. I would rate everything average though our server was very pleasant. I would not go out of my way to eat here based on today’s meal.

After reading some reviews, we decided to check out Paul's for breakfast. We got our money's worth both in quantity and quality. Kathy, our server did a great job keeping the coffee cup full and treating us like VIP's.

This diner is tucked away in a little strip mall, but don’t let that deter you from stopping in! Great food and very friendly service. I had a “Pollo Panini “ and blueberry coffee, which is excellent.

Nice place a bit deceiving a pretty good diner set up then it comes to food &service food wife ordered a cheese burger plain no veggies/fries well-done I ordered a tuna melt add tomato &bacon, burger came picture a target bullseye was just about done but the outer ring was close to raw. How can that be I can't figure out how to cook a burger raw outer ring almost cooked center . d- a 12 dollar burger in a diner should be hand made fresh meat not a frozen mystery under cooked hockey puck. Tuna melt was good tuna with so much cheese(enough for 2 sandwiches)w/tomato &1 slice of bacon on giant sourdough toasted well. B . Service was. Ok in the begining then the waitress kind of disappeared I would have liked another cup of coffee my wife would've really liked a straw with her soda. Now I will not not tip so she still got her tip though not what it could have been. This experience wasn't terrible enough to stop me from going back sometime in the future, I do feel these slights needed to be addressed &I would like to know they will be by management so just 3 stars out of 5 being generous, Just saying
