This Chipotle restaurant is in the usual strip mall location, serving decent Mexican fast food. They specialize in burritos & bowls, so the service is reasonably quick. Note I had some problems with spilled drinks in my to-go order.

They offer delivery and are good for kids. They have outdoor dining and parking. It is good for lunch and catering. They accept credit cards.

Just a regular bowl at Chipolte! I get the same thing no matter where I am. This one I ate in the sunshine in the parking lot of my hotel!

I've eaten at the Westford Chipotle several times. The quality of service at this location is rather inconsistent. One time I ordered some chips and guacamole and ended up with stale chips. Another time I ordered quesadillas and they completely forgot to include one of the requested sides. Compared to other Chipotles I've visited, this one could use some improvement.

Received inedible, uncooked rice for three meals in a row now. Very frustrating and expensive. Cause chipotle has always been one of my favorite places to eat and with the cost of ordering take out you really WANT an edible meal at the very least not food you end up throwing in the bin that’s not right. After the second offense I stopped ordering them decided to give them another chance but same nonsense. Is it so hard to have the cooks look at the rice for doneness?? Because you don’t even have to taste their rice grains to know that water did not penetrate the rice.

My kids wants Chipotle for lunch. I went to store and was told they do not accept order in person. I then asked if I can make a call to place an order. I was told it is automatic phone and the order might not go through. I was told that I have to order online or use their app.
I then order online. It asked me to enter not only my credit card information, but also my phone number and the email address (both). For a lunch, I have to give out my private information, I had to give up the order. This is not pleasant.

Worst experience ever. Rude manager and staff. They are all careless. Constantly getting orders wrong. Will never ever recommend this store’s location.

The waiting line was less than two minutes. I ordered a chicken taco with mild and spicy salsa, corn salsa, beans, and other inputs. The guacamole was good according to my sister, but I do not like guacamole in general. The chicken was the best part. It looks dry before you eat it, but it is juicy, flavorful, and seems healthy.
It was very clean indside, and its a nice place to sit; the large windows make it sunny and peaceful.

Don't know what the excitement is all about. Tables needed wiping & floors needed attention. This was before the lunch crowd came in. With the attention on cleaning and employee training this should have been attended too. Food was ok. Had a steak bowl. If you like food less spicy be aware it's spicy.

We like the Chicken Bowl at Chipotle. Not a big fan of new Queso or their chips. Earlier they had chips that had lime flavor but now the chip are just like any other from the supermarket shelves.

22 minutes from arrival to getting our food!!! Not sure if they were short staffed tonight or what. They had two staff members behind the counter but one was filing internet orders. There were three parties in line ahead of us when we arrived and we felt the service was just incredibly slow. By the time we sat down to eat, the line was almost out the door. When I was up to place my order, a staff member came up to do the burritos, but she had an online order in front of her so I had to wait until the person before me had totally checked out. Chipotle really shouldn’t be slow service. Maybe they need to hire more people here!

Consistent with Chipotle - fast, good food. Staff was friendly. I was surprised they were out of guacamole and it would be 20 minute wait for the next batch, but that just means they make it on-site and it would be fresh.

Standard Chipolte fare = pretty good fast food. But there's still a bit too much salt in the ingredient seasonings, and they need to cut back on the filler-starch rice and up the vegetable content.

2 of 3 mobile orders have come back incorrectly. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when you bring it home, realize it's wrong and have to bring it back.
