Although this site has been updated, overall this restaurant still feels old.

In the past I have visited this site often, but as time goes by, I find that I visit this site less frequently. The site and the parking lot is difficult to access and there is no drive thru window. The large, older gym up front overwhelms the restaurant, making it seem cramped. The food is standard McDonald restaurant fare and the service is good.

I have been to McDonald’s all over the country, and this is by far the worst

This McDonald’s in Westford Massachusetts has to be the worst one I have ever been to. This is not the first time I’ve been to it, but it will surely be the last. Every time I order something I get almost the exact opposite. It’s disappointing because up until three or four months ago It wasn’t bad. So if I were you, I would avoid this place if possible and never go there around noon time because it’s usually a disaster

WAITED SEVEN MINUTES FOR HASHBROWNS THAT WERE ALREADY MADE, JUST SITTING THERE!!! Was horrified as I watched the same moron who just counted my cash back to me, go over and pick up the hashbrowns I ordered,ALMOST TOUCHING THEM WITH HIS GRIMEY HANDS AFTER TALKING W/ ANOTHER COWORKER FOR LITERALLY SEVEN MINUTES WHILE I WAITED FUMING. lucky I didnt jump over the counter and grab the hashbrowns my damn self. People have to be to work in the morning! there uncleanliness plus lack of consideration is sad

You will not be dissapointed by stopping in here. They even toasted my bun which made everything better. Not your run of the mill I do say. Take the time to stop in here to get McDonalds the way the locals serve it up.

Cost 64$ for 10 kids. (Package price) For 2.5 hours We got cookies,some ice cream.kids meal ,a meal for my Husband and I . Gift bag brought crayons,stickers for paper matt provided.,a magnet for fridge,spinning plastic top Paper ruler.birthday hat for birthday child We was allowed to bring decorations.but really not needed since they provide table cloths,smiley face plates and napkins Kids really enjoyed themselves on the slides , The host Esmeralda was very very tentative and really made the experience run smooth. Don't forget to dress light. Birthday room gets hot when the sun is shinning even though our party was in a freezing February .my guest started to migrate out to the playarea seatins.so very small party room. But we would definitely have our kids birthday there again. We bought out own cupcakes,better than a whole cake .no cutting!! We tipped our host..hope she didn't spend it all at McDonald's, ha ha!!

McDonald review

Just bought a salad and was extremely disappointed. The lettuce was brown and mushy. I had to take most of the greens out and replace with my own. Also the dressing package was torn on both sides near the top as if someone else handled the packet. Thankfully I will never have to return to this McDonald's. Unfortunately my husband left the receipt behind so I couldn't do survey.

The staff is nice, but ....

I've come here several times when working in Chelmsford, and it just doesn't get any better. It's not as if the staff isn't nice, but this is not a mcDonald's that lives up to the concept of fast food. There's usually only 3 or 4 people working the entire restaurant, and one register open. Even during slow times, there's usually a line at the register, as well as customers that have ordered but are milling about because the food takes 5-10 minutes most times to be ready. And, as another reviewer mentioned, there's no drive thru. That may be due to a Westford ordinance or some other town zoning rule, but somehow or another, there needs to be improvement here. The food is pretty much what you can expect from a McDonalds -- the speed and efficiency? Not so much.

Do not eat here! This is the dirtiest establishment i have ever seen! Filthy dirty Took my grandchildren to play and eat we had to leave hungry and unhappy.The bathroom is horrible as is the play area No words to say how bad it is...

Worst McDonald's Ever!!!

No drive-thru service, so you have to go inside. Once there, you're stuck with everyone that's ordered - and regardless of how much you order you have to wait your turn. As they cook everything... one by one.. to order. It's McDonald's! You shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a Happy Meal!!!

"ANNOYING"

My credit card didn't swipe. The cashier was annoyed (some little punk who's probably from Lowell). I asked her to type it in manually. Can't be done. I had to walk over to the manager for help. He was a very nice guy with true professionalism. No complaints about him. It was actually another cashier who helped make the cash register work. As I walked away, I heard the punk cashier say, "She's so ANNOYING." Screw you, you little punk. I hope you get fired. Not going back there until you do. I was actually very polite the whole time. Read my other reviews. I'm a very easy to please customer. I give mostly 5 stars. Why? Because I've done customer service myself. I never took it out on the customer. To be fair, McDonald's has to hire some lowbrow people to keep costs down. However, that one just has to go. YOU are ANNOYING, you little punk.

This place was terrible

This mcdonalds was absolutely terrible. Cob webs every where, sitting was filthy bathrooms were just absolutely gross. Clean it, hire a manager that gives a crap and it might just be a nice place.....such a shame. Would never ever let my kids play there..... yuck!!
