We can in for dinner. We ordered a Pucillo pizza and 2 side salads. The salads were good, kinda bizarre ranch dressing however. The pizza was the perfect side. I don't usually complain about the amount of toppings, however this one had way too much. We took a LOT of white onion off. The tomato pizza sauce had zero seasoning. The server seemed to be pulled very thin as he didn't check in much and we had to find him to get more napkins and water.

I’ve always enjoyed Bertucci’s for a nice simple Italian meal from an above average chain.
We had a Friday lunch with family and the restaurant was pretty empty and it soon became apparent
Our salads were small and pretty unremarkable. The pasta dishes were flavorless with sauce that was disappointing at best.
I’ve enjoyed Bertucci’s for years all over greater Boston but this experience was unlike many of the good meals I’ve had in the past

Had spaghetti and meatballs with special request for meat sauce instead of Pomodoro. The sauce and meat had no pizzazz, like they were cooking for kids. Oh well, live and learn. The pasta was good. The iced tea was undrinkable, a diet coke was substituted without any problem. Friendly competent service.

We were appalled at the condition of the dinning room, ripped seats, dirty floors & sticky tables. We ordered soup, pizza & salad, the pizza was a huge disappointment,
the crust was difficult to chew, the sauce had no flavor. We had not been there for a while and we will never...ever go back again!
Such a disappointment.... what happened to this place!
The staff could have cared less.....

Our waitress was the best part of the meal being very kind and helpful. She was very sweet. However….
Ordered cheese pizza, and when delivered it wasn’t hot. It was merely a cheese, almost like it was premade because it came out quickly. Our meatballs appetizer did not come with whipped ricotta as described. All of the food was just ok but it all tasted like it came out of a Cisco truck and none of it was really hot. All warm at best. Our salad was delivered last?
The floors, seats, and lav are all absolutely disgusting! I would not recommend nor visit again.

We did take out because we were traveling with our puppy & staying in nearby hotel. Ordered on line, food was ready quickly/time that was promised. It is a little expensive but we had NO idea that the portions would be so large. You get your money's worth- we had enough for another meal the next night. That was so helpful since we had long days & were tired. Just as good heated up 2nd time. The salads were fresh and the main meals were very, very good. Next time we stay in the area, hopefully we can eat in!

We had a lovely Monday night dinner here. The food was delicious- I especially loved the warm crusty rolls with spicy olive oil to dip them in. We had chicken piccata, salad and Italian sausage soup. One of us had a decadent chocolate cake for dessert. Our server was charming and attentive.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Mostly empty restaurant. Service was not up to par. No extra cheese offered. No endless salad as promised on menu. Just 2 limp overdressed scant salads. Pasta dishes we had were fine. Waitress never came back to offer more cheese. Didn’t check on us until meal was almost done. Overall, as a “stranger” the restaurant seems tired and so does the staff. The regulars seemed pretty happy (you can tell they have regulars and it’s a nice thing).

I've been to this facility 8 or 9 times for dinner when I travel. I usually get a Pizza however this time I ordered a chicken parm dinner and it was just ok - far from piping hot. I don't think the food is a bargain considering the price. It's ok. The bread basket is excellent!!!
Will probably find another place to eat in the future- I travel to Waltham 2x/yr and think I'd be better off at a local pizza shop.

Came in on a very warm Sunday in January for lunch. They were short on help this day but I have to say that our server Kristen worked the dining room like a magician. Great service throughout our visit. Thanks.
Enjoyed the grilled chicken flatbread and the $2.99 Bud Lights.

Good Italian restaurant chain. Tried the chicken Cesar salad ($13) and it was good, as was the cup of tomato bisque soup ($5). Chicken Marsala ($18) was average at best.
Service was OK and atmosphere is typical of a chain Italian restaurant. Location is very good as there are several large hotels nearby. Liked the big, off street parking area.

Unfortunately, this is a location I can't recommend. I generally like Bertucci's, but this particular one is dirty and the service is mediocre at best. I have gone there several times, and at different times, so it seems that it is always like that.

I hadn’t been to Bertucci’s in a long time and I missed the pizza. While it has become a little more chain-like, it was clean and the pizza was still great. The artisan pizza was amazing. We had apps and dessert which were great too. Our server Trinity also added to a pleasant dining experience.

Gina is a fantastic waiter, very attentive and friendly. I came alone for dinner and she made me feel welcome and at ease. The food was very tasty and filling with large servings. I took leftovers with me to enjoy later in the week. Their special pasta dinner with the rigatoni, broccoli and chicken was very good! And the cannoli for dessert was the perfect ending.
