We went here to celebrate a birthday. Everything was delicious from start to end. The pineapple cocktail wasn't too sweet and done well. The steak, meatballs, and sweet potato fries were all good. A great find away from the hubbub in P-town. A super restaurant that does a selection of small/sharing plates that are truly wonderful. The stuffed mushrooms and the pork dumplings in particular were amazing. There is a good selection of wine and beers, though I...loved the spicy cucumber margarita too! Our family was in P’town for an off season road trip during the kids’ vacation. Stumbled upon Victor’s and a sunset beach cruise. Absent a reservation on a Friday (even in April) their friendly host, extremely busy no less, offered us a table on the...porch and inquired if we could be done by 7:30. Of course we said yes. It was a bit past 6. To the proprietors - he is your guy. So nice. Answering phones, giving parking advice and clearing tables all while we were there. Our service went from great to perfection after that. Everyone working as a team, friendly, hustle, unobtrusive… and during these exceptional times (even now), it is not as common as it should be. The food was tremendous. But I feel commenting on the food further won’t do it justice. Out family of four went off. The prices are beyond fair. What a lively and wonderful experience. We will be back not as much as we’d like to be.More

My wife and I went to The Red Inn for their Happy Hour offerings. We were cordially told they were opening next week and recommended that we visit Victor’s, and he provided the address. We arrived at the 4:00 PM opening and the place quickly...filled. Very nice chic interior and lots of natural sunlight. We ordered happy hour selections of spicy wings, sweet potato fries with mascarpone cheese, and a sampler plate of oysters, little necks, and shrimp. We had a Provincetown IPA. Everything was nicely presented and tasted great! Our waitress was most pleasant!More

We had never been and stopped in for a 5pm dinner before a show. The restaurant is both chic and cozy with modern decor and a fire blazing in the dining room fireplace. We started with a dozen Wellfleet oysters and a few shrimp cocktail...(a steal at $1.25 ea on their happy hour menu). So fresh, so good. We then ordered tapas plates of chicken empanadas and seared tuna on wontons. Both delicious. The service was super friendly, attentive and not rushed. The tables have breathing room between them and the disco playing in the background created a fun vibe. We are such fans!More

We had a wonderful meal at Victors. Sat outside with heaters and had a wonderful waiter. The food was great - dont really recommend the Kale salad - it was delicious but sparse for the price. Everything else was delicious including the drinks.

The ambiance , the food, the atmosphere was fabulous. We were celebrating my birthday. It was spoiled at the end by the waiter Peter who objected to the tip of $35 dollars on a €200 bill. He slammed the wallet on the table and asked...if we were not happy with the service , we thought it was a good tip. He got in a strip and walked off. As British people we are not used to the system but felt that his behaviour was not warranted and left a bad taste after a lovely night.More

Service, cleanliness, food quality and ambiance are the criteria I use in evaluating a dining experience, Victors delivered on most. We started with the oysters and tuna tar tar. Tbd oysters were served properly and were very fresh Wellfleets. They would have been better with...a mignonette sauce as opposed to the standard cocktail sauce. The tuna tar tar was good but mushy toward the bottom of the plate. The dumplings were presented well but lacked any complex flavors. The highlight were the cocktails. They apparently have a well trained mixologist and the drinks were great! The atmosphere was quiet, pleasant and upscale. We will be back and enjoyed our experience.More

The atmosphere in Victor's is upbeat and fun. The service was phenomenal, some of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The food was also very good. I can't remember everything we ordered so I can't give a detailed review. The reason I am...not giving the restaurant 5 stars is because I think it's on the expensive side for what you get and I ordered the kale caesar salad and, frankly, it was like a salt bomb. But that was the ONLY part of the meal that I didn't like. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Victor's.More

Everyone said Victor's was FIVE star... We were excited to celebrate our 37 anniversary (which was noted in the reservation when we mace it). No one mentioned the anniversary- not the host when we checked in nor the waiter. Not sure what you ask about...special occasions. We were looking forward to a nice evening with my brother and his spouse. The appetizers came out quickly and were well prepared, however the dates seemed a bit dry. The shareables came out staggered, which we somewhat expected as item are brought out when they are ready. However my shareable (short ribs) came out sixty minutes after it was ordered. We asked three times about the order status. When I told the waiter to forget about the order, he returned with the order. The entrees were also well prepared. We had dessert: Beignet's which were tough and lacked powdered sugar.More

Gormless, passive aggressive waiting staff who were Cleary new and untrained, but unfortunately also unsupervised. Schoolboy errors like bringing food out of sequence, continually trying to bring entrees to the table when there is both no room and also appetizers not finished. Side dishes for...entrees arriving before appetizers. Exhausting. Very underwhelming and the worst we had in our week in P town.More
