We had dinner here after a long day in the car and it was just the right place for us. Our server was friendly and gave us time to relax and unwind. We started with an order of crab cakes, followed by the baked haddock...and the sea scallops. I was going to order a bottle of Sancerre to go with our meal, but the server recommended another wine (I think a Chenin Blanc) instead and so I took her recommendation and it complemented everything we ordered. This restaurant does not disappoint.More

A friend and I went for our mutual birthday dinner and we were so impressed with our server, Michelle! She went above and beyond to make sure we received everything we wanted even though there were shortages in the kitchen. We ordered the lobster rangoon,...sirloin and filet mignon which were outstanding. Michelle's attention detail and engaging personality made our evening so special, even bringing out a candle in a stuffed olive since we passed on dessert. Well done!More

8/9/2021 Excellent Bartender, Excellent Service, Excellent food, Great atmosphere. Then why only 4 stars? My wife and I were seated at the bar early Saturday when the general manager decided to gather his staff in the middle of the dining room and berate them in...front of the customers. The staff took the verbal abuse then went back to their stations ,looking like they would rather be anywhere else. However, the bartender ((Shane) who was taking great care of us, was as upbeat and friendly as he had been when we first sat down. I noticed the rest of the staff had also returned performing their duties professionally. I cant say that I would have done the same if I were in their shoes. The drinks, (when my wife asked Shane for a custom martini that was not on the menu, "absolutely, no problem, anytime".) were excellent, and his knowledge and help in choosing a bottle of wine was greatly appreciated The food was great as well, and when there was a small error made by the kitchen, it was replaced immediately. We enjoyed everything. But the experience was tainted by a rude, so called manager who i doubt could manage his way through a corn maze. here's a little tip for you, Sir. Tell your people the good things they've accomplished before bringing up the things that need improvement, then tell them how to fix those things. If you don't know how , then ask your staff how to fix them, they have the experience, and have probably seen it or done it, Twice. I hope you read this review and learn something from it. Those are people that are working understaffed in the most difficult industry at the most difficult time in our lives. And they deserve praise, not your berating. Bob A.More

They are not prepared to be open. We were hoping to go for Sunday Brunch. They weren’t going have it on Father’s Day so they could concentrate on one menu. The table was sticky and needed to be cleaned. The one small menu was even...more limited as items on that menu were unavailable as we tried to order. The restaurant was empty but our meal took over an hr to come out. My sons chicken was undercooked and my other sons steak tips were purple, they were so under cooked. Just a total disappointment. It was pricey and just a sorry display. I do not recommend and will not be going back.More

Knowing full well that restaurants are very under staffed these days, I did not have high expectations. Service was beyond slow, waitress often forgetting or taking forever to bring requested items. Eggs benedict was delivered to the table cold and took 30 minutes to be...fixed and delivered back to table. Many tables around the restaurant left not bussed. Certainly not what I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. They were not even super busy. Overall, disappointing service and food was pretty bland and underwhelming.More

We came here on Saturday evening for an early Valentines dinner and had a great experience. The second floor, which appears to be used primarily as a banquet hall, was setup with a full bar and a bunch of tables to accommodate the overflow of...patrons for the Valentines holiday. From the rose petals scattered across the floor and window sills to the top notch love song playlist that played throughout our 3 hour dinner, this restaurant really nailed the theme of the weekend. There are a lot of recent reviews on here talking about how the quality of service and food have gone downhill in recent months. This was only our first visit but we can say that the reviews are extremely misleading. We were planning our next visit back before we had even left. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, the ambience was perfect, and the servicMore
