Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The food here is consistent: If I order a sushi dish one week, it'll be prepared the same the next week. Have only enjoyed very good meals here. The service is attentive and quick, the drinks are generous, and the owner and servers are very...friendly.More

I was really looking forward to going to this restaurant as i have heard nothing but good things, however i planned an outing with a bunch of my boyfriends friends for his birthday as a surprise and we made reservations everything was fine up until...the chef came out. We all have kids so when he came out he was so quiet none of us had heard him, as most of us were preoccupied. So we missed him saying hi and he didn't like that so by the time we all got around to saying hello he said "nope too late" and was quiet the rest of the time we tried to joke and have fun but he wasn't haven't it which was disappointing as he had just put on an awesome show for the table next to us so we let it go but then at the end we asked if the birthday boy could get a shot of saki and he said "sorry no speak English" and left the table then someone made a comment about a tip and he said "i don't care my boss pay me" need less to say he wasn't all that pleasant and i will probably not be going back here.More

It started with a Mai Tai and went to soup, salad, fried rice, vegetables, noodles, shrimp, and the main course: steak. It was entertaining to watch the fire flare up 3 feet high, the flaming volcano onion, and the guests getting saki squirted into their...mouths. Some successfully caught the veggie flipped their way at the start of our meal. Three tries and the chef moves on to a bigger mouth. The food was delicious and so plentiful that I was stuffed. The others in out group took home doggie bags. Our party of 8 probably socialized longer than we should have, but noone took our table or even cleared it for the 16 minutes that we chatted in the lobby afterwards. We are headed back for a birthday party 2 days later for our third visit in 10 days (as we went for drinks to try to win ski lift passes from the radio station last week). My daughter will be skiing Waterville Valley and Mt.Snow thanks to her friend's winning ways....More

It’s a great time for families or friends. Scorpion bowls are a must. The chefs at the hibachi are friendly and entertaining, the food is great! We go for birthdays and fun nights out!

I've tried take-out here about four times, usually soup and apps. Always pretty good, but nothing to rave about. The Shrimp fried rice is very good though. Recently, a very large and varied take-out order (for a family party) received mixed reviews. Specifically, the sushi did...not meet expectations - it wasn't "bad," but the fish was slightly mushy and just not very tasty - sadly, we didn't even finish it. I will try this place again, but not the sushi.More

We go for the Scorpion Bowls that pack a punch for $5.25 but stay for the delicious food. The scallops were awesome on veggies and served with white rice and a salad for $14.95! Our waitress was attentive and everything went quickly on this night...out before the holiday. We will be back, with friends!More

11 of us went here for lunch and glad we did!! We all ate from the lunch menu which was $10. The chef cooked our all food on a traditional Japanese hibachi right in front off us. We were all mesmerized with his skills. He...cooked the rice, chicken, beef, prawns and a whole lot of veg on the sizzling cooking device and dished it out to us all. Also has some sushi so overall, food was delicious!! Just wish there was a restaurant like this in Glasgow!! Next time I'm visiting my relatives in Massachusetts, I so want to go back to this place!!More

We Stopped here looking for something other than 99 on the way home. There chicken udon noodles were very tasty as was my husband's shrimp and veggie dish. The prices are very reasonable as well. For two entrees which included appetizer and a soup, a...glass of wine and a soda, it came to $32. We would definitely stop here again on our way home from a NH trip.More

My partner and I came here for a friends 21st birthday. Our group sat at the hibachi table and ordered drinks. To our surprise the drinks were fantastic. What made their drinks stand out was their use of fresh fruit juices, syrups and premium liquor...and liqueurs; something a cocktail enthusiast like myself always admires. By the time the hibachi chef came to our table we were ready for a great show. The chef was talented, enthusiastic and lots of fun. He did a nice job of getting us out of our shells to participate in the sake and food catching activities. He also did a great job of keeping us all entertained while he was at the table. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It's the perfect place for any kind of celebration or for couples looking for a fun experience.More

Tried Kobe for the first time for lunch. My wife and I went for lunch and overall the food was good. The food came out very quickly. In fact, I say this with pause, usually rate places on how fast the food comes out. That...was not an issue here. After we ordered, the appetizer came out, then before we finished that, out came the soup and salad and before that was done, out came the entre'. I just felt rushed. The lunch menu is a good value as is the norm for most Chinese style places. They do charge for tea but at 99 cents per cup, it is reasonable. The food was good but we've had better. I would come again to eat. They do have Hibachi style cooking but we just ate off of the menu.More
