PERFECTION!

Last Sunday I went to this location for the first time after a horrendous experience last summer in Saugus. As a result of that fiasco, I was given a gift card to use in any location. Well, we were thrilled with this location -- the food, the vibe, and excellent service from Andrea. Andrea was friendly and efficient while making sure our experience was perfect in every way. In addition, the place was packed yet we were able to converse without raising our voices which is rare these days. This visit surely made up for the bad experience in Saugus. I live in Saugus and my friend lives in Chelmsford so Chelmsford it shall be going forward.

Out to eat..finally!

First time out in a while with my wife and 2 kids. Our server Maddie was excellent with our kids and was quick and friendly even with a ton of tables. The outdoor experience didn’t change the quality of food or service. We will definitely be back.

First Time Visit

Seated at the bar enjoyed a light blueberry enhanced beer with chix wings. Couldnt decide b/w both flavors so bartender offered to split them, great idea. Would order well done which i did, delicious. Good service, will return soon

Bad experience at this location

I've eaten at many other 110 Grill locations and there has never been a problem. This was our first visit to the Chelmsford location and it wasn't good compared to the others we've visited. We were seated quickly but we had to wait a few minutes for our waitress to appear. We ordered sodas and coffee and waited again for her to return and finally placed our food orders. I ordered fish and chips with jasmine rice instead of fries. I also asked her to put the cole slaw "on the side" and she assured me that was how it came anyway. It's gross (to me) when cole slaw juices run all over the plate and soaks into the fish. My wife ordered a grilled caesar salad with chicken. Whenever our drinks were empty we would have to wait at least 10 minutes to get them refilled. Our food came fairly quickly and delivered by the kitchen. Lo and behold the cole slaw is running all over my plate into the fish, (not separate as our waitress said), GROSS! Of course our waitress was nowhere to be seen so I placed the fish on a napkin and then placed it on my bread plate (which we never received any of by the way). The jasmine rice was a big ball stuck together. I get this rice at other restaurants, and make it at home, and it's always nice and fluffy. The salad wasn't fresh and the chicken was dry. Meanwhile we're still waiting, along with our still empty glasses, for our waitress to reappear. Also, I almost forgot, the coffee was delicious the first cup but the next cup was like mud and tasted nothing like the first cup and to top it off the cream was curdled. That coffee was replaced and the next cup was the same mud with curdled cream! So our waitress was non-existant, the food and coffee were terrible, and the service is like molasses flowing uphill. Makes us think hard about revisiting any 110 Grills anymore.

Poor service just kept waiting

We had visited this restaurant last to last year, based on someone's recommendation. We arrived early by 7.30pm, put in some orders for beverage, drinks and food. The server did not even bring the beverages even after 30 minutes, my husband was really mad. The server was busy serving a larger group of people, may be she thought she would get a hefty tip. We reminded her to get the beverages, still no beer for my husband. It was 8.30 we still did not get food. We just walked away, it felt so bad. I have never come across any restaurant where we had this bitter experience. Never got served even after an hour even though we arrived. The restaurant tried to serve food later we said no, we don't want it. Will never go to this restaurant.

Bad all around experience!

My wife and I ordered take out burgers. I arrived at the pick up time and was told my order would be just a few more minutes. The hostess was walking back and forth through the restaurant, so I assumed she was checking on my order since I was the only one waiting. After waiting for an extra 25 minutes, I asked the hostess if she had any luck finding my order. She went to check and after a few minutes she came out with my order. When I got the food home I told my wife that I had to wait a while but at least the food will be nice and fresh. I was wrong, the food was TERRIBLE! The burgers were burnt and cold, and the fries were cold too. It seemed like my order was probably ready when I arrived and then sat there getting cold and gross as I stood at the door waiting for it. We called the restaurant to let them know how bad our experience was. The girl that answered the phone said that her manager would talk to me. After waiting for 15 minutes on hold, I gave up. The food was Bad, the service was Bad, and the Manager needs to learn how to manage.

Horrible

I called in a take out for two salads one with chicken and another with salmon. Horrible the lettuce was wilted and brown portion very small poor quality chicken and very fishes smelling salmon. Waited on the phone for well over 3 minutes the GM to her credit called me back and I explained my disappointment she is crediting me for one of the salads. Now after spending 54 dollars on two salads I am eating a home made sandwich. Shame on110 grill for poor quality, small portions and customer dissatisfaction.

OK Sandwich, So So Service

I was staying in the hotel next door on business so I came here for dinner. It was fairly busy so i was offered a small high top in the bar area right beside the door: not ideal but OK. I felt a little abandoned at times, probably because my server (while friendly) was busy with other tables with larger groups. I had the steak and cheese sandwich which was OK but not great. They should really toast the bread a bit so it stands up better to the moisture of the meat. 110 Grill has become a favorite chain for me when in New England but this one left me a little disappointed. Had made reservations over a week ago, arrived and were told by bill the manager they were busy and it would be a few minutes 30 minutes later bill told us he wouldn't be able to seat us. He didn't offer a new time just stood there with a blank stare. Thanks bill and 110 grill for ruining a post graduation family event people traveled in for. We will never forget your poor service.

A great place for dinner.

We were looking through the Trip Advisor for restaurants in Chelmsford MA. We happen on the write up for the 110 Grill. What a find!!!! We were a little early as we didn’t have lunch. Lauren was our server and she was fantastic, patient and knowledgeable. We started off with a couple cocktails which were done well. For dinner my wife had the salmon and I had the steak tips. I asked for medium rare and they were not. But what they were, were tender and delicious. I joined the loyalty club when I found a location in the town next to our house. All I can say is this location is a hidden gem.

The outdoor patio is very nice. It was quite loud inside, but refreshing outside. Our server, Kristi, was phenomenal. We ate one of the best burgers ever. They even had one of my favorite wines- 7 Moons.a great experience.

Excellent Brunch! The lemon beignets with caramel sauce was delicious! Also the Banana Foster stuffed french toast was out of this world! Staff is superb! Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were here with my grandson who has an egg allergy and I have a gluten allergy.. the lunch menu was delicious and the servers made sure our food was prepared as requested. I’d highly recommend… we will definitely be back!

Surprisingly Poor

Right off the bat let me say that the service was excellent - I have zero complaints and tipped them based on their service, not the food I received. The spicy shrimp appetizer wasn’t terrible, it just had only sweetness and little other flavor. I had the spicy honey chicken sandwich (more breading than chicken, no flavor other than honey) and my co-worker had the prosciutto-wrapped cod (no flavor and was really just a mess on the plate). Both dishes were left unfinished - It literally felt like they didn’t put any seasoning on any of the dishes whatsoever. The waitstaff picked up on it and tried to correct, but we weren’t seeking any comps or anything so we just thanked them and left. Surprised to see how everybody else seems to love them - maybe we just had an off-day? Not sure I’d want to try again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
