Pleasant Experience, Great Food Served

During COVID-19, this location stayed open with a limited menu brought to your car. Service was fast and pleasant and the food was excellent. Items not usually on the menu were spectacular. Thanks Ruby Tuesday!

Christmas shopping and a meal

Had a very nice meal at Ruby Tuesdays at National Highway Lavale, MD. The staff was prompt and friendly with great service. The food was exquisite. Very flavorful and prepared exactly as requested. I highly recommend this Restaurant.

Excellent Food and Service

There were 4 of us and everyone raved about their food. Our very friendly and accommodating waiter was Jacob. He's a treasure! Two members of my party had steak dishes which they said were excellent. My sister and I had Philly cheese steak subs. My sub rated in the top two I have ever eaten. Absolutely delicious! In fact, a week later I went back for another.

Don't stop, keep driving

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat for dinner. Employees very nice and friendly but unsanitary conditions will make me Never want to return here. Synthetic table cloth felt very sticky and must be difficult to clean. Ordered salad bar. All plates were filthy, residue, marks and food particles. Manager agreed and all plates were taken back to the kitchen. But they should have never been taken to restaurant area in the first place. Silverware not clean. Items salad were not fresh. Potato salad had discolored and dry edges, peas and beans were floating in liquid. If I wake up later with stomach issues I will know why. Son ordered appetizer with tortilla chips. They were so overly salted he had a hard time. Chips were covered in a layer of salt, you could even feel the salt. Heat was cranked to level nursing home, waitress even agreed it was hot. Will never be back, do not recommend.

Great food. Shrimp meal was hands down the best I have had in a quite a while. Garden bar was fresh, and neatly stocked, not to mention DELICIOUS! Cannot wait to go back!

Great service and Food , staff works hard to keep everything looking great and I find that they wait staff does a great job , also they do have call ahead seating that is a big plus , plenty of parking

Great Place to Eat

Ruby Tuesday in Lavale Maryland is a great place to eat! Very friendly staff! Service was excellent and waitress checked back often! Thought it was wonderful that the manager even came out and checked on all the customers! Rich is always so kind and pleasant with his customers! Love that salad bar so clean and always fresh! I highly recommend Ruby’s to all my friends and relatives!

The parking lot was packed. We thought we would have a wait of at least 20 minutes. We walked in an got a table. That was real nice. the food is good.

Low quality, high prices

3rd time I’ve had a steak here since January 1. All 3 times I have been disappointed. Thought I’d try the ribeye instead of the sirloin. Just an expensive piece of lousy meat. $19.99 for the Ribeye. No flavor to the meat. Gotta use salt & pepper to season just to choke it down. Won’t be back. I can go to Applebee’s and get a 2 for $20 steak and leave satisfied and have a flavorful piece of steak, not shoe leather.
