I have a long love affair with Hooter's wings....but this place was terrible. Our server was super nice, but not very attentive. Beer was super cold and tasty, that was the only positive from this visit. I got the traditional wings....requested 'flaps only' but they...were mostly drums. And they were cold....not lukewarm, but actually cold. How is that even possible? My friend got the boneless wings....he said he has had frozen ones from the grocery store out of the microwave that were better. Fries were soggy. I heard the guy at the table next to us call over a manager to complain about his food....so apparently this was not an isolated incident. I wouldn't mind going back to this place for some beers and to watch footballl and 'enjoy the views' but I definitely would not go there on an empty stomach.More

Slow service and avg food

The last couple of times we have been to hooters, we have waited forever to get our food, I don't think it was the waitress fault. Saturday night at 5:30 and the place was half empty should say something. The wings are good, but getting...pricy, almost six dollars for an order of onion rings.This location has been going down hill the last few years. We waited 35 minutes on wings in a half empty restaurant, their is just to many choices in Florence for,this place to keep,having slow service.More

Good but not as good as it used to be

Late lunch hot wings and onion rings, Good but not near as good as when we were here a couple years ago. Just not the same. Disappointed cause I like Hooters.

Great wings & shrimp, slow service

We love the wings & shrimp! They were very understaffed, but the manager did his best with what he had. We ended up sitting at the bar since the wait for a table was so long. The bartender didn't have any sense of urgency in...getting our order.More

Great Fast Food

While I'm not a wing eater, I love their Buffalo Shrinp with the Samuri sauce, & their Fried Dill Pickle Slices. Always makes a nice trip when you can hit a spot where you're sure of the quality of atmosphere & food.

Christmas eve at Hooters

We were in town from Michigan meeting family from Georgia. We all met at Hooters because it was the one place that met ever ones taste preference. as always, great service and food.

Always Great

Gotta get those tips

Went to watch an event. The food we FINALLY received (after an hour and 30 minutes) was cooked wrong, cold, and disgusting. The salad was more brown then green. Drinks weren't made right. And our waitress was extremely rude and we watched thru out the...night as she made out with a few different customers. Guess ya gotta get those tips!More

very friendly staff

wonderful place to eat. my husband has food restrictions. Changed his meal at no cost. Talked with us like they've known us all our life. Joked with us and let us take pictures to remember our trip. Even the manager talked with us. Great friendly...place to eat. Would recommend this restaurant!!!!More

Good food and a good time

Great wings and onion rings

20 Hot wings and a 1/2 price order onions rings at 230 in the afternoon. Place was pretty hopping since it was race weekend in Kentucky. Megan was an awesome waitress and we shall go back again in the next couple days.

Supper

The server was friendly but new to waitressing. The manager was not personable. Charged us extra for celery which I always thought came with wings and dip. Ordered a margarita and they forgot the salt and lime. The food tasted good.
