Superb food and service

This is a lovely restaurant. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of dishes to choose from on the menu. Between us we tried pasta, pizza and meat dishes and all were delicious. Our 4 year old granddaughter want a pasta dish and was given a smaller potion from the main menu. Just what she wanted! I don't think there are many restaurants that go out of their way for a 4 year old but here they did. I really feel like nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The whole family would highly recommend Giacomo.

Decent food with a good choice on the menu; pizza, pasta and a variety of other alternatives. Friendly atmosphere. Reasonably priced. It’s the most popular restaurant in this small area, so if you want a seat on the terrace, it’s best to reserve.

Great meal at Giacomo

Giacomo is something of a hidden gem but fortunately for us, our friends live nearby and recommended that we dine there. What a great choice. Lots of options on the menu, with all the food enjoyed and great service to go with it. €370 for 10 diners (2 courses with drinks) was great value. Nice atmosphere and it was busy so booking would be sensible.

Drop in early evening. Very good food, large portions, enough to fill most people. Many at work and very good service. I'll be back. Can definitely be recommended. May become our favorite during your stay!

I have always loved a good steak, and the best there is when you are visiting Punta Prima is Giacomo. Delicious! A stunning taste explosion! And a very nice restaurant for a romantic dinner.

Not good at all

We are here last night (30/6/19). We read the review and it's a decent looking place. We had two pizzas, garlic bread, lasagne and a pasta dish with chorizo between 4 of us. The pizza bases were bought and the pizzas were not cooked in a pizza oven, I've honestly had better from the frozen isle in Tesco. The lasagne was a small portion and was bland, lacked flavour and just warm, we sent it back. The chorizo pasta was just ok. We obviously didn't pay for the lasagne and no other good will gesture was applied. The staff apologised in a robotic manor with a slight hint of craziness added, if you eat hear you'll know what I mean! Would recommend this place at all. Much better alternatives within a few minutes drive.

I have been visiting Spain for 18 year now, normally about 5 times a year. I never leave without visiting this restaurant or their sister restaurant the White Star, at least twice during each visit. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. Service and attention to detail could not be faulted. The owner Sam has often provided a good bottle of wine on the house. The cleanliness of the restroom could not be improved upon. It is slightly more expensive than other restaurant. However, there is no comparison in quality and value for money though. I would give it 5 stars and have recommended it to all my family and visitors. Not one of them had anything critical to say about either restaurant. Liam

Fabulous attentive waitress/waiter. Nothing a problem, take it from me, I'm a fussy eater. Not had a bad meal here. From steak to fish to pizza. Dishes come with a lovely side of salad and potatoes. Not cheap, mid price range but very worth it. You must go!
