Funky little eccentric cafe. Good food, fair prices and friendly service. We’ll worth a stop on your way through. Seafood chowder a hit

The kids must love this! I did - it's a little wonderland! I was surprised to see a quite extensive menu - judging by the small counter. But of course that was just the front for a normal kitchen. I just had a very tasty...panini and coffee. I've had better coffee..More

The fascinating decor of this cafe drew us in! And the inside did not disappoint! There are little enclaves of seating as well as large outdoor areas, one of which was enclosed. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and the...coffees great. The food on display looked delicious but we were only there for a coffee. Will most definitely stop here again - perfect stop en route Auckland to Whangarei!More

This cafe is an artwork all by its self. So different with separate dining areas, colorful sculptures and quick service. We had the seafood chowder which was delicious. Will definitely call in here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely food with plenty of options. This place looks unusual enough from the outside. Enter and you are swept into a conglomeration of Gaudi and Hundertwasser. There are little niches with tables and chairs and everywhere you look there is another strange...and gorgeous piece of art. We went many years ago before it was closed and totally renovated and we've been twice recently. Well worth the stop.More
