Was there at the tailend of the afternoon. Took me a while to find someone to seat me. No seating at the Bar because of CoVid 19. Had a booth. Cheddar Biscuits good as usual. My Caesar salad was cold and crisp. Had a great white sangria; again no dessert. Exceptional service.

My title is definitely negative; however that is based on my experince on Friday; 4 October for lunch. I called ahead early in the week and asked if lunch reservations were recommended for a party of nine and advised it was a good idea. We arrived (on time) and there was NO record of the reservation and no one at the greeter section seemed to think it was a big deal. It took them over twenty minutes just to seat us; no apology or explanation and never once did we see a manager. Fortunately our two servers (Darius C. & Jordain S.) were OUTSTANDING, they did a fantastic job of making up for such a poor start. The food was good but this experience was not overall satisfactory. I don't expect to return anytime soon and would certainly not choice it for a luncheon with my team again due to the reasons outlined above. I did tip well based on the servers performance rather than ding them for poor management (the word leadership would not be appropriate based on my observations). Seafood options are limited in Valdosta but Red Lobster isn't doing anything to corner the market.

Stopped here for lunch. The food was good and came in of the kitchen surprisingly fast. The server was good, but a little forgetful. I noticed that some of the customers complimented the food and the chef came out, sat down and started talking to them. I thought that was kind of nice. The server did bring us extra biscuits to take home. We appreciated that extra touch.

Haven't reviewed this place since 2017 and wanted everyone to know they've added a few new dishes to their menu. One of them being crispy Brussel sprouts. They are so delicious and you get a big portion. During lunch it was very cold inside and that made it uncomfortable but this was mentioned to the waitress Maya who handled our orders with complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend her. Next I will try their new crab cakes. Their food is always visually appealing and full of flavor.

I was looking forward to some seafood for a change and it had been a while since I was there. I went with my girlfriend and we were both disappointed. We went for the endless shrimp, we only got just a few shrimp at a time, we would of had to be there all night to get about 20 or so shrimp. The scampi was good, and the batter fried shrimp was good, but the others tasted burnt. I would much rather go to Long John Silvers for a good meal at a good price. If they keep up with this, they won`t be around much longer.

Went to have an early dinner. The hostess was very nice and seated us quickly. That was the last time we saw any employee. We were at our table close to 15 minutes and no server came by to greet us or acknowledge our existence. Needless to say we got up and left. On the way out we told the hostess why we were leaving and she apologized. We ended up having a lovely dinner at Texas Roadhousr down the street.

We eat out frequently and in recent months have been regularly eating at Red Lobster. The food has been good and the service is good most of the time. On a recent visit noticed the menu's were new and that probably meant new prices. We have been seeing that for a while most everywhere but we were unprepared for some of the increases on the new menu. We have favorites that we order and some of them were increased substantially, the worst one about 40% more. Some others were a couple of dollars above the already recently increased prices. We decided not to stay and put Red Lobster in the rearview mirror. I noticed there were only about three occupied tables and now I understand why. We went to another nearby seafood restaurant with better prices and enjoyed an excellent meal. That restaurant was about three fourths full.

Our server, Jasmine, was most gracious and helpful in making suggestions and explaining new items. Loved the new grain bowl!!! It was fantastic!! The old stand bys were delicious and service with salad and side. Our drinks were kept full and service was right in line with the great food!

We walked in Red Lobster Saturday June 15 around 6:50 pm and promptly seated that was the end of the promptness. We were sitting at a very obvious table the waitress was talking to a couple that had finished their meal about filling out the the survey on the receipt and mention her name we going on 5 minutes without being acknowledged ,the waitress walked past us still no acknowledgement and the manager seated a couple behind us and talked to them for a few minutes 10 minutes have gone by no acknowledgement still the waitress came back and went straight to them we got up and left

I went here late on a Friday after 8 and we got seated quickly. Our waitress was attentive. My wife had triple berry sangria and I had a mango Mai Thai they were both great! We had small plates of food all around that consisted of calamari,coconut shrimp, ceased salad Yucatán shrimp and shrimp potstickers. The potstickers sauce was Spivey and delicious. We love calamari and theirs was good except the only offer marinara and ranch which we aren’t bogs fans of. The food came out timely and the restaurant was clean. We would go back to that location if ever in the location again

We are traveling and this sounded good. We were concerned when we walked in at 6pm on a Wednesday as no one was there to eat. But reviews were good so we stayed. Our waitress, Abigail, was great and food came out hot and quickly. Food hit the spot. Good job to all!

We have eaten here a couple of times recently after having discontinued patronizing for several years due to poor service. We have been very happy with the food AND the service. The food was never an issue for us but there have been times when the service was very bad. The trout is especially good as well as the fried shrimp. I can recommend this restaurant as a good place to eat.

I left Wild Adventures very hungry and decided a big meal was what we needed before getting on the road home. We didn't think Red Lobster would be great but were in the mood for seafood and the crab shack is closed today. We were surprised by how many choices this place has and how great the food tasted. I had 2 drinks and have to HIGHLY recommend the Old Fashioned. It was the best I've ever had! I also like the healthier options for kids. I hate when a restaurant calls a Kid's Meal a fried item with French fries. This place had a bunch of entrees for kid's and gave them an option between broccoli or orange slices. You can do a salad for an up charge. I love this and my kid was happy!
