Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stopped here on a breakfast break on the a very long drive. Their biscuits were REALLY good. I also had the grits topped with eggs and sausage. It was so much food I could not ever finish it all. I suppose it isn't
the healthiest food around but it was fast and it was good!

On the road traveling, had the chicken strips, wings, biscuits.. WOW,, what a great chicken flavor , crunch and so juicy,, I’ve never had such great biscuits, I was so surprised with the service and atmosphere as I had never been to this restaurant .. to bad they are only in the southern states because we could use one in our state.

Bojangles have a reputation for 'Legendary' service - we did not see anything legendary at this location. I've never seen such inattentive, uncaring and disinterested staff at a Bojangles. The food was poorly prepared, poorly presented and tasted terrible. They clearly don't refresh their cooking oil according any sanitary guidelines and so the food tasted horrible and burnt. They make a poor example of the great food served at so many other Bojangles. The order was simple - tenders and fries with a side of coleslaw - yet the staff at the front counter got it wrong four times. The fries were cold when we finally got the chicken as it took around 14 minutes to cook the chicken. We asked to speak to the Manager on Duty and after another six minutes she appeared from outside the store but she didn't care - she listened to the feedback but seemed as disinterested as the staff. Easy to see why the staff don't care - the Manager is the problem - leaders need to lead - she set a very poor example for the staff. There are too many other options available nearby - don't waste your time at this location.

Would have been nice if we had gotten a whole order. Maybe going in is better than the drive through?

The chicken was way over cooked. Dry and with no taste left in it. My wife and I were very hungry and very disappointed in the food.

We ordered 2 cajun filet biscuits and they were dry, tough, and thin!! The breading was just as bad, and the whole thing tasted weird! Hope we don't get sick! The biscuits were hard and falling apart!! The servers never even spoke to us when we said hello!! Never again! This Bojangles is by far the worst one ever!!

The only thing I really eat here is a piece of chicken and maybe a cup of slaw.. It is the chicken I really like and I rarely eat fried chicken. It is spiced just right here. Some Bojangles gets a bit heavy handed on the spice but this was really good. We were on our way home from vacation and it was getting onto lunch time so I punched in fast food in the GPS and one of the many places to pop up was Bojangles and I punched it in. Easy in and out. Good service. Cheerful staff and senior drinks... What more can you ask for?

The four piece chicken supreme dinner is my choice at Bojangles.
Four spicy, boneless chicken supremes with a side and that delicious Bojangles Sweet Tea.
Nothing better

Took a little while for us to get our food. The customers are a tad scary and backwoods. Nice, patient staff and decent food.

On a long drive, we stopped at Bojangles" off I-75 in Valdosta for a quick take-out meal. We had never tried this brand. The chickens strips - we tried both varieties - were fairly typical. A nice-size order. The fries were pretty good - nice and crisp. The "Bo Sauce' was a bit odd.

I first tried Bojangles in North Carolina where my son was living. It seemed to be "the favorite spot" for a lot of people. Food choices and price were great. Service was very good. Finally, two yrs. later, one opened here and not too long after that, a 2nd one opened on the opposite side of town. They have a wide variety of food and on Tues. nites, it's all you can eat!! I love their "BoBerry Biscuits as much as their butter biscuits." They are always offering specials and they know how to make "sweet tea".

I stopped in to the Valdosta Bojangles on my way home from the Talladega race.
I had eaten a pulled pork BBQ sandwich in Alabama so I decided to order that.
My food was prepared quickly. I say down with my seasoned fries, sweet tea, and pulled pork sandwich.
However, when I took the first bite of the sandwich, it did not taste right. I can't explain it, but it just didn't taste right
I went to the counter and expressed my concerns. The manager apologized and offered me my choice from the menu.
I took my old stand by - chicken Supremes.
They were delicious (As usual)
This too me was EXCELLENT customer service
