Staying in the area and was in the mood for an Olive Garden. Had been here a couple years ago. I had forgotten just how cold it is inside the restaurant, wore a jacket (I'm usually too hot). Had Tour of Italy, which is our usual, but it was not as good as other Olive Gardens. The salad was fine. The minestrone soup was very good. Service was ok. Next time in the area will try a different restaurant.

Ordered the Salmon and it was very salty. Was very surprised. Definitely better places to eat Salmon in town. The service was very good.

Easy dinner while on our way to Atlanta. We had a particularly nice and efficient server - should have remembered his name.
Restaurant was very clean.

After being on the road for 8 hours today, we stopped at the nearby Days Inn (see a separate review) and then searched the area for an early dinner. We were very pleased with this Olive Garden. From the hostess to the waitress, Kent, service was speedy, friendly and attentive. In fact, we’ve been on the road for 2 weeks, and the service here was the best we’ve experienced at any of the many places we’ve eaten at. The food was as anticipated - tasty, hot and good portion sizes. No complaints at all. The restaurant is well located just off I-75 at exit 18, next to the Drury Inn.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. As fans of our local Olive Garden we were looking forward to a good dinner. We were greeted by very friendly hosts and were seated promptly...from there it went downhill. Our server made it clear he was doing us a favor waiting on us. Everything was too much. We asked for one item to be lunch portion, then our other friend asked and he said he couldn’t do hers. When we asked he just said it couldn’t. Why we didn’t leave then, I don’t know. He brought us out bread that was hard and then we had no utensils. We had to ask. The entrees were hot. He then did not ask if we wanted dessert, he began clearing our table and brought our check. We should have found the manager, but never saw one and really after a day of driving we were done. So if you are stopping in at Valdosta, bypass this particular Olive Garden.

Terrible quality of food. Lasagna was not fresh and chicken scampi was soaking in sauce and the peppers were not cooked. Would not recommend stopping at this Olive Garden and I really a fan of the Olive Garden. But this location needs to improve their quality of food and staff

We ate here while traveling to Florida. A Mistake. We have not eaten at an Olive Garden in years and now I remember why. Olive Garden overall is truly fast food sit down low quality frozen microwaved food. For the money, you would be better off going to a local Italian Restaurant.

I was traveling back to FL from Atlanta, staying one night at the hotel next door, and decided to treat myself. I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in years but had fond memories. I’m not sure what has happened but this food was AWFUL. AWFUL. I ordered takeout and waited almost 40 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. There was some mixup with my order and it took the staff a long time to figure it out. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was the worst scampi I’ve ever eaten. It was not Shrimp Scampi but some noodle dish with cut up asparagus that appeared to have been thrown together hastily. It severely lacked salt and had not even a hint of garlic. Because I was hungry, I ate the shrimp and left the rest. The only reason I didn’t take it back was because I was tired after traveling a few hours and did not have the energy. Saving grace for the meal was the Pasta e fagioli. Not the best, but decent. Dessert was also a travesty. I ordered pumpkin cheesecake and got a grainy, mushy mess that was definitely not cheesecake. I write a lot of reviews. I try very hard to be fair and highlight the good and bad. Unfortunately, I struggled to find any good in this meal. It was a waste of almost $40. I won’t be back to this or any other Olive Garden.

We stopped in shortly after the Covid closures subsided. While not busy at all, tables were stacked with dirty dishes, employee trying to make drinks was clueless and unguided, food was delivered, but waitress did nor follow up until we were ready to ask for check. We saw a gentleman walking around dressed to the nines, I assume a manager, who could care less.
Nothing here... move on until chain takes an interest in it's franchise label. Worst Olive Garden experience ever!

I am a fan of Olive Garden. Food is consistent from one restaurant to the next. Service is typically very fast and friendly. And the food, in my opinion, is always tasty.

I stayed in a nearby hotel and grabbed takeout from here a couple times. My food was always ready quickly and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was never crowded, so if you wanted to eat at a table or at the bar, that wouldn't be a problem.

We have curb side service. We ordered two meals. Rigatoni and meat sauce. Rigatoni with 5 cheese marinara. Both with sausage.
We got TWO of the same meals. Not what we wanted. We ordered it correctly, so it's a kitchen issue.

When we travel north on I-75 we always pass through Valdosta around lunch time. We usually stop at the Olive Garden at exit 18 for their soup, salad and bread sticks but the last few times we stopped we noticed that service was not up to par. A few weeks ago we stopped for lunch there and were seated immediately but after setting for over 10 minutes no one came by to take our order. We arrived around 11:30 am so they certainly were not busy yet. We didn't even see a server so we got up and left. The receptionist offered to go find a server but we said no thanks. We stopped at the Olive Garden in Tifton, GA where we were promptly seated and had a server at our table in less than 30 seconds. The young lady was an excellent server and we decided it was certainly worth driving another 45 minutes.
