My husband tries to find fun, especially ethnic restaurants when we travel and he found a good one here. We would have stopped again on the way back, but the timing wasn't right. Our meals were delicious and the naan was great too. The young woman who was our server was friendly and attentive. It seemed like a family operation; the type we like to support. I especially liked the way the menu was designed so you could craft your meal of sauce and choice of meat.

Awesome food and ambiance !!

Amazing discovery in Valdosta, Georgia of all places! Been to Indian restaurants around the world and back so was totally thrilled at the quality and authenticity of the food. We ordered Tandoori paneer tikka. saag paneer, veggie biryani, eggplant bharta, a couple different naan and mango pickle. To top off this awesome culinary experience the restaurant is run by the family's beauties, Harleen and her twin sister. Was a totally delightful experience and I hope to get back to Valdosta again to enjoy a meal at Passage to India.

Best Indian food.

Best Indian food some time you can not find in India. serving food in a very traditional way and food was delicious. i can not imaging in America snatch a wonderful tasty Indian food vegetarian you can find.its running by Punjabi Indian family.

We’ve eaten at this restaurant for years. Today they served half the food and everything was very soupy. Not enough to take home and the bill was almost $60 plus tip for two. Sorry guys will miss the old you.

Very bad and poor customer service very bad.

Very very poor customer service. They don’t know customer service. Food quality below average. If anybody’s going 4 or more people they charge 18% extra. What is that sense, I don’t know. Indian tastes is not like this.please don’t go over there. Don’t waste your time and money.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon and there wasn’t hardly anyone in the restaurant. My husband has never eaten Indian so I thought this would be a fun experience for him. Never again! Not great Indian food, nothing like I’ve had in Raleigh or Atlanta or really, anywhere else. The buffet had a decent amount of choices but most of the things weren’t good. Couldn’t believe it was $45 for a beer and 2 Buffett meals that were subpar. I’ll never come back to this restaurant again.

Went on a Sunday and they only offered the buffet. It was not good, literally no service at all, way too expensive. Do not recommend.

Really liked the restaurant (decor, host, waiter, etc.). Decorated really well and very clean. Food was fantastic. Especially liked the samosas and friend had the paneer. Will go back!

Oh naan so good when it’s hot

I will always love chicken tiki masala but I must admit butter chicken will run a close second, the naan is cooked fresh when you get there when it opens (which we do)! While it’s not a big buffet you get some options by the way always get the cabbage it has a great taste!

What a treat and delight this place is. Valdosta is lucky to have. We were traveling they the area and found this place as we are big fans of Indian food. This place was great. Food was outstanding. The korma and curry were excellent. Extensive menu. The service was spot on , friendly, and fast. Family owned and managed, it appeared. The people were delightful and most helpful. It was a treat! We will be back!

What happened? Last year you must of had different cooks or management? The food has NOT been worth buying for the last 6 Months! 😥 What a shame! 😪Clean up your act, your cooking, your prices, your delivery fees and while your at it, the Restruant itself! Shame on you! 🤧😲😐😑🤮🤢

Never eat here!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We stopped here for dinner, because of the good reviews, but it's not worth it. It took forever to get our orders in and when we finally got out food, it was lukewarm. One of the employees, the only one we saw there, spent just about the whole time talking to his girlfriend and her kid. The restaurant was also dirty and gritty. I hope this place gets checked out by a health inspector soon.

Very interesting and tasty food

Stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Valdosta and this restaurant was only a few blocks away. I got the Gyro plate and Wife got one of the many Curries. Had wine and an Indian beer. This is family run and not all are fluent in English, but that wasn't a real big deal. Note that the Gyro Platter and Gyro Wrap or different in that the wrap includes the Pita, the Platter has more meat.

A Big 4 Thumbs Up

My wife and I visited this restaurant on July 27, 2018, while travelling between Florida and North Carolina. This is authentic Indian. The food is superb, the service very good. The decor is not presumptive and the prices show it as they are very reasonable. It is a little drive to the north side of Valdosta but well worth it.

Flavor explosion! Special gyro is a must!

I heard through two friends of mine about a special dish at Passage to India called the special gyro. All I have to say is I made a friend meet me after lunch to let him try it. He took the rest home and his wife said she didn’t eat Indian food. She took one bite and whoofed the rest down! It is a top 3 dishes in Valdosta and a flavor explosion in your mouth.
