I had the guacamole salad and coffee and my wife had the 4 buck special with a burger, fries, drink and 4 spicy nuggets. Wow, what a value for under 10 bucks!!!

We stopped while on the road traveling and this Wendy's was cleaner than most we have been too. There was not a crowd and our order was taken quickly and our food was ready in less than expected time.
The food was pretty average for a Wendy's location and between the ordering experience and quality of food we would have provided this location with three stars. The lady taking our order was more interested in talking to a coworker than in making eye contact with us but she did get our order correct.
What stood out was the lady in the dining room who was cleaning. She made sure to ask about our meal and was very friendly and nice. Sometimes a little goes a long way. \
Our review moved up to 4 stars when a very large storm struck with heavy rain that lasted for more than 30 minutes, A gentleman was dining with his four young children and he was getting ready to take them out to the car when a lady from behind the counter told him she had an umbrella and offered to let him use it. He made several trips and she held the door and comforted the remaining children telling them their daddy was not leaving them and he would be right back. She definitely went above and beyond!

We always stop at a Wendy's on our way from/to Atlanta to Florida as Valdosta is about half way. We're always pleased when it comes to "service with a smile", the cleanliness odf the restaurant and the freshness of the food. We normally stop at a different Wendy's, but for some reason we ended up at this location. Granted, the place looks clean, but the man taking our order was very grumpy and short and may have worked at the DMV or some other government location. While the bacon cheeseburger was juicy and crispy a week earlier at the other Wendy's location, this on was dry and rubbery.
We'll skip this place from now on.

Normal food as expected but exceptional customer service. We had the salad and we had extra salad dressing since we were sharing. Server also gave me lemons for our water.

Looking for something good, fast to get, and reasonably inexpensive. Wendy's new 3 piece chicken tenders fit the bill. Quality chicken!

Nothing special here just the typical Wendy's. Restaurant could have been cleaner and they were not that busy. The real problem is Wendy's employees throw burgers together really bad with no consistency so you never know what you will get.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chain but this is by far my favorite location and is conveniently right off interstate I-75 exit 16

Thought I would never write a positive review for a fast food restaurant because it always in and out...nothing special. However, the Wendy's at W Hill Avenue is excellent. Marcus the manager that was working at that time was extremely attentive. He went to every table to ensure that everything was good. He was quick and courtesy in answer any questions we had. Keep it up Marcus! May there be many more like you.

The four of us ate supper at Wendy's. The employee was superb...great attitude, conscientious, exact, and friendly. The food was excellent in both quality and quantity. The entire restaurant was spotlessly clean. We look forward to returning.

This is a modern, well decorated Wendy's. It may have the usual fare but more than the usual flair. Motivated friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Welcoming to every customer.
