Great burger and Custard!!

Adorable Emily took her time explaining the menu after I mentioned it was our first visit. I saw a documentary on America's burgers and they were rated number one. (Over In and Out?) So I looked them up wondering where they are located as I had never heard of them. Wow - in Grovetown! Anyway fresh never frozen patties, fresh buns that stay together (Sorry 5 Guys) and wonderful creamy custard style iced dessert. Emily suggested that my son order the Broccoli and cheese and he did! I ordered a side salad so neither had fries. But the food was fresh and the burgers really good - just like a burger should be - tastes like fresh beef and the condiments and addons are varied. I had mushrooms and all in all will go back and the best part is that Score of 100% on the Health Department Visit! See you soon!

Culver's has rewritten the book on great hamburgers!

Since we tried a Culver's in Branson, Mo about four years ago, we look for one on all our trips. This restaurant, like the others, is very clean and the workers remind us of Chick-fil-A employees, clean cut, very friendly and very efficient. They seem to enjoy their work and speaking to the customers. The burgers are the best in the country, you order it like you want and it's served hot. You actually taste the beef and the fries a crispy and flavorful. Shakes are delicious too.

Very Nice Employees But Unchecked Salespersons in the Dining Area

We stopped by for lunch. The employees were nice, the food was good, and despite the high volume of people in the dining room, the dining room was clean and neat. However, there were unchecked salespersons in the dining area. At first, there were two young women selling cookies in Ziploc bags. We said no, but they came to our table twice to ask us if we wanted to buy their cookies. Then, there was another young man seeking a donation for his sports team. Again, we said no. I do not know the policy is for soliciting at this restaurant, but we just wanted to eat our lunch in peace and not have people stop by our table asking us to buy something, or make a donation.

Great food! Friendly service!

This was our 3rd to visit to Culver’s in Grovetown. As with the other visits, the hamburger and chicken sandwiches were delicious. And we love the ice cream sundaes, as well. I particularly want to comment on the employees. Always friendly with a smile on their face. A special shout out to Lamont, I’m pretty sure that is his name. Greeted us with a welcome as we entered, pleasantly took our order and also saw him in dining room checking with customers. Very impressed with him. Will definitely stop again when traveling on I-20.

Once again our order was wrong.

We are local and it had been over a year since our last visit since they messed our order last time. Guess what, they messed both of our orders again. Place is clean, but if in a hurry keep on going.

Get the order right.

This location gets the order wrong much of the time. They should train the counter help to listen to the person placing the order and train the preparers how to read. Why is it so hard to get it right?

Two kids were walking to tables doing a fundraiser- no employees stopped them. Salty burger, girl couldn’t get our instructions right for the meal items, thin paper cups and lids. On the plus side: Staff were pleasant, and the ice cream itself was good (but not the mushy eclairs in it).

Better Than Average Fast Food Burger

Didn't have the custard, but to me the burgers were decent, fries were good, cheese curds were cheddar and okay. I just think they could come down a bit in price.

Stopped here on a road trip. Had never heard of it and wish I had made other selections. I had their pretzel bun burger special. The patty was a little thin but overall very good. I should’ve wasted the calories on one of their delicious ice cream delights. This place is like Dairy Queen.

Best food place ever

Okay so the title exaggerates a little bit this place is awesome and is a great change from your traditional fast food burger stops. The service was pleasant and fast. I also highly encourage you to have a sample of the quake shakes. Super thick and delicious.

Is this the best burger chain in the USA?

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on the last day of our 24 day road trip across the Deep South USA, when we were driving from Charleston to Atlanta. I had searched out another Culver's, as we had enjoyed such a good experience from a Culver's take out from Savannah. This one was equally good. The young man who served us was very welcoming and courteous, and rather than waiting around for our order he asked us to sit and subsequently delivered it to our table. We shared a Mushroom Swiss Double Burger, with a side of cheese sauce to dip it in and a Chilli Supreme. All of our food was very, very tasty and we enjoyed it immensely! Please come and set up a chain in England Culvers!

Great frozen custard

We went through the drive through & got burgers & frozen custard. Our order was correct. They very friendly giving us all the condiments we requested. The burgers actually taste better than Five Guys. The kid burger is huge! Their custard is wonderful! Go try Culver’s.

Good burgers for a chain

Excellent frozen custard and burgers. One of the few chain restaurants that serves more meal-type fare, not just what would be considered fast food. Would avoid the chicken tenders, really bad.

Summer treats all year long

I had family in town and we wanted to grab some,desert before heading home for the night. Culver’s has a large selection of tasty delicious frozen custard. Eat slowly to avoid brain freeze! 🏆
