Stopped for a small ice cream cup (2 scoops, 2 flavors - $6.59) and a small chocolate shake ($8.99). Service was excellent, friendly staff. Ice cream, of course, was delicious. Located in the middle of the outlet mall amongst the shops and well worth a refreshing stop. Visited January 29th at 1:57 p.m.

Stopped here as we walked around Disney Springs. THE SERVICE IS SLOW. The ice cream to be pretty expensive, for what you received. The ice cream was good, but not something I would go out of my way to find again.

If you need some refreshment and good fat to taste go to this place, doesn't matter which one of the flavors you pick it would be an amazing experience, it is not just ice cream.

Don't get me wrong - the ice cream is as nice as you would expect it to be, even if it does start to melt before you leave the counter - but why oh why does it have to have such a huge price tag? There are many of other ice cream options that are just as nice but for a fraction of the price.

The Ice Cream was lovely as usual, you really can't go wrong with Haagen Dazs, but there was just too much (no complaints though!) and I was unable to eat all my mine through fear of giving myself a stomach ache. Great store though and very convenient.

I love their ice cream, that's why I went. But the staff there had no clue, what they were doing. One wanted to take the order, but interrupted for having someone else pay, then got back to me, but got someone else to check me out... Weird concept! And no one was friendly/smiling...
