Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had intended to have lunch here - very basic facility and there was available seating but we ended up leaving without ordering anything. Went in, stood in line for a while and noticed staff was very good at avoiding eye contact. Customer in line eventually...told us we were in line for only ice cream stuff but if we wanted other foods, we needed to go stand at different counter area where nobody was but likely would be if we did. We did, and eventually were able to inquire what soups were available for the soup and sandwich special. We were obviously imposing on her time and was informed the only soup they had was red pepper gouda. As a red pepper soup and watching the sandwiches being made wasn't quite what we were hoping for, thanked her and decided to quietly leave as experience has taught us things going downhill generally continue. Understand this review is not about eating food there - only on why we didn't. Didn't work for us - apparently does for others.More

A small “downtown” family owned business service great ice cream oriented desserts. Friendly staff makes it an ever more enjoyable experience. Local artists have a wall full of amazing outdoor ranch type art for sale on exhibition. This is an emerging community that deserves your...attention if your are planning to relocate.More

This place was listed in the tourism booklet as a place for ice cream and candy. It is a small cafe in a strip mall - and all that was fine! It was clean and comfortable, but had a smell of something sour. We were...there only for the ice cream and didn't try the sandwiches. The ice cream was good - not exceptional but good. And the servings were are. It wasn't until we were leaving that we saw that they sell beer and wine! A cute little cafe listed as family friendly and they sell beverage alcohol! We were shocked! Maybe that was where the off, sour smell was coming from! We were not only disappointed but very sorry that we did not see that when we went in; had we seen the beverage alcohol, we would not have spent our money there. Since we are opposed to beverage alcohol in any form we will not return to this cafe and will not recommend it.More

I am very picky about the chocolate I eat and I really love Brown Cow’s. The variety of chocolate and chocolate covered treats will have you wanting to try everything! They pastries, speciality coffees, ice cream, and more! One of my favorite things is their...chocolate covered graham crackers dipped in their delicious hot coffee. I would definitely recommend trying!More

Unbelievably Poor service, way to overpriced for the crappy food, and an extremely unsafe place to take your children!

Real ice cream with good flavor selection. Yummy! And it was good and frozen so it didn’t immediately disintegrate in the FL heat.

The food is great but it's pricey. The store is very clean and the stuff is super friendly. The made to order sandwichs are really great. There's so much chocolate to choose from. I've always had a great experience every time I have visited. There's...food, ice cream, and a huge variety of homemade chocolate treats.More
