Relaxing ambiance, very good charcuterie boards (my favs are The Pope and The Mediterranean ones). Excellent wines (my favs are the Pinotage for the red, and the Prosecco on tap.) Owner and staff offer great suggestions and service. Highly recommend.

Delicious. Delicious for the taste. Delicious to the eye. Tapas style dining with a really nice wine list. Very appropriately priced. Check out the speakeasy for a small party.

Sip is one of the coolest restaurants in downtown New Port Richey, and the first to have brough craft beer to NPR! Since they opened a few year ago, they've been offering trendy selections like organic wines and gourmet charcuterie boards. Their smoked mullet dip is one of the best we've ever had! Highly recommed this spot - it has an awesome, up-scale speakeasy vibe.

We ate there for the first time last night and we're very impressed with the atmosphere, servuce, and food. Owners and wait staff all very attentive. Happy to have them in our area. Well be back!

The owners are great friendly and easy to talk with . My wife and I have tried most of the menu especially all the charcuterie boards the best out of France!

This is our favorite date night spot. Excellent drink selection and the best cheese boards in the area. Atmosphere is perfect as well. You'll love it!

A nice venue for a glass of wine and tapas before or after the show. Bistro tables on the sidewalk for people watching while sipping wine or beer. A fun spot.

Sip is owned and run by a great and friendly couple. I have gone here several times. The wines are delicious. The boards are enormous. Most are cheese and meat but if you ask you can get cheese and nuts only.

Sip is just one more addition to an ongoing renaissance of restaurants and bars in New Port Richey. We were invited to celebrate a friends birthday with a few other couples. We had not had an opportunity to visit Sip yet and were eager to check it out as we have heard some positive buzz about the place. Sometime before you go you need to visit their website and see the before and after pictures. Truly amazing vision and work to turn this place into a modern day Speak Easy, Lisa and Kris did a fantastic job here. The Wine and Beer Selection is pretty impressive for the size of the venue. My wife is now hooked on Pinot Grigio Ca-Montini from Italy. I did have a slight hesitation in going there that night as we had not eaten dinner and sometimes places like this lack in quality when it comes to food. We were pleasantly surprised by the Small Dishes. The open face flat bread and hummus and pretzels were very very good.We have family coming in from out of town for The Holiday's and are looking forward to sharing Sip with them.

This small, intimate wine place is the cutest! Ask to see the Speak Easy and definitely try the scrumptious food items. They even off er a select few cigars( outside only) and some great Port to go with you indulgences.Very friendly place to watch an old movie too!

Went to sips first time with friends who were there last week and enjoyed it immensely. Ordered glasses of house wine and four boards for the four of us. Quite surprised at the quality and quantity of food supplied. Enjoyable evening, dark intimate room. Three piece jazz played nice soft music. Definitely will be back there.

Very nice little wine bar downtown NPR. Met friends and had a cheese plate and couple glasses of wine. Surprisingly very good craft beer selection. Filled up quickly with live music and got pretty loud since it’s a small place. I don’t usually drink my reds that chilled but it’s a personal preference. Loved the decor and feel. Will be frequenting.
