Combining rustic old-world woods, a 60’s throwback bar, the New York Post voted Moreno's Cuba Mojitos one of the top ten in Miami, and the culinary ethos based around Cuban classics, Moreno’s Cuba transports guests into the laid back lifestyle where Old-Havana meets Miami's Wynwood Art District vibe. Created by Latin Grammy Award-Winning singer, Jorge Moreno, Moreno's pays homage to the stories, music, décor and tastes that were passed down from his family, while mixing with his own, being raised in Miami. The Cuban Café and Cocktail Lounge concept was developed around an authentic Havana speakeasy that Moreno’s grand uncle, Jorge Sanchez Villar, owned during the Cuban Revolution. The service

While on our trip to Miami I definitely wanted to eat at a Cuban restaurant. This one definitely fits the bill. The plates are nothing fancy it’s more like eating at somebody’s grandmothers kitchen. While not fancy, the plates are full of flavor and spices...and absolutely delicious. The outside patio has tons of charm.More

Stumbled in by accident. There were no tables available but the charming hostess asked us if we wanted to eat at this lounge couch and table. We said sure since we were starving. Great food and service. Reasonable prices. But watch for built in tip!...We didn’t notice and ended up double tipping.More

Whenever I visit South Beach, we seem to find a way to get to Moreno's Cuba. They've been consistently good to us.. Ambiance and Service: There's indoor and outdoor seating in their patio/courtyard. The Cuban inspired decor throughout the dining area makes for some cool...social media opportunities. Our server was very friendly and attentive to us. She kept the drinks coming and the waters were always fresh. There was some live music with an acoustic guitar and some singers which provided nice background music. Moreno's Cuban: This is not your traditional Cubano sandwich but it was still tasty. The bread was sourdough but the pork was moist and delish. The fresh plaintains were the perfect compliment to this contemporary Cubano Empanadas: These were delicious and packed with flavor! This was a great appetizer and highly recommended. This was my first dinner experience at Moreno's Cuba and they came through like they have during all my lunch visits. I was so happy to see that they were still open during this Covid-19 period. With my wife we are fascinated with the food of the place, I always try to visit all the possible food places. I would go back but they should improve the attention to the public.

Quaint, small restaurant with very friendly staff and good service. Visited for dinner, greeted and seated promptly. Very casual atmosphere, offers outdoor seating. Enjoyed appetizers and mains, empanadas were very good and all meals are very reasonable and have generous portions.

This perfect little lunch spots was a nice off the street setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. The mojitos were a refreshing accompaniment to the meal. I opted for some ceviche and pork tostones. The tostones were a generous serving with a delicious juicy...pork. I was a little underwhelmed with the excess cheese as this dish didn’t need it. Luckily the ceviche was a star. Beautiful flavors with crisp plantain chips balanced the salty and sweet fish perfectly.More

I didn't see the steak on the menu when I was there, but it could have been or possibly was added recently. I don't know the prices of the food items.
