I had heard about this jazz restaurant for a long time, but had not experienced until a nice gentleman recently took me! It was not as I imagined it - it was BETTER! The ambiance was very intimate, which I liked and the decor was just what I favor: earth tones and brick. Perfect night! Music, food, drink! I have food allergies, but our excellent waitress (wish I remembered her name!) cleared everything for me. Portions are on the small side, actually what size people are Supposed to be eating! I had the duck breast and mashed sweet potatoes which were divine! Even more divine was the decadent cocktail "Chocolate Moonlight." Wow. And there was a full moon! Jazz Tastings hosts EXCELLENT jazz musicians - you will never be disappointed! Spoke with the new owner, great guy! I highly recommend visiting for any occasion!

Great atmosphere. The food is awesome and the music is great. The wait staff is friendly. However, it was hard to get a reservation for 3. We had to make 2 reservations for 2 to sit inside. I am not sure why sitting outside is an option. You cannot hear or see the band.

We had such a wonderful time at Jazz Tastings! The band was great and entertaining. The service was good. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and bread pudding(amazing!) and it was all very delicious. Nice, fun, chill ambience. Would definitely return.

Great experience for a mom and dad night out, GNO or a dare. I felt like NOLA was in my hometown. The music was fun. The food - five star. Can’t wait to go back.

Great experience, Music was great. Food was fabulous. We had 2 appetizers and 2 dinners. My salmon was cooked perfectly and my wife's lamb chops were mouth watering.

I came to this place a long time ago the management was amazing then mom and dad took care the place Now we have new management and its even better the food is amazing the music is exciting and electric I can't wait to come again has been a long time I need to come more often Now they have liquor as well is great food tapus amazing Space is limited so get there early you will not be disappointed at all 1000%

We loved John Valeri and Eve Kawadza. We would not say the same for the good and service. Rushed by the service and the flavours missing the point. Pity as the music feed us with delights

We had a wonderful dinner at Jazz Tastings and we're greeted with terrific musical entertainment, as well. The shrimp tacos are very tasty and the Manhattan Jazz was smooth as silk.

This was our first visit to Jazz Tastings and we will return! The place is fairly small and seems to have a regular clientele. The staff could not have been more friendly. Wine Down Wednesday offers a selection of wine and sangria from $5-6, and a steak slider and fries appetizer for $6. I can’t stop thinking about those fabulous rosemary seasoned fries! We tried two other appetizers (lobster bites and fried mozzarella) and they were also very good. Service was prompt, food was hot and presentation nice. The Wednesday duo is Alvin & Ezra who performed a mix of jazz classics and requests - their blend of humor and music was totally charming and engaging. They even came around to each table during their break and introduced themselves! The whole place just has a wonderful warm and friendly vibe. Combined with great food and great music, you can’t go wrong!

Thanks for an enjoyable evening and delicious dinner! Waitstaff worked together in making sure all guests were well cared for, performers were very good and gave the appearance of truly enjoying what they were doing. Small and cozy.

Jazz Tastings just transitioned to new ownership and management and WOW...the food and service is FANTASTIC! The ambiance is low-lit and intimate. The live Jazz is amazing! Plus they have an incredible happy hour! My new favorite spot!

The beef bruschetta and salmon tapas were my favorite. They have something for everyone's liking. The beef short ribs and grits were very filling. The wine list is impressive and priced at great value. I went on Tuesday when it was $10off bottle night.
BUT this place will provide you with great memories. I will be a regular now that I have moved nearby. The music is sincere and entertainment that is first class.

Fabulous live jazz and food selections go together for a fun evening!
The first time we went, it was difficult to figure out where the main entrance was located. When we opened a door, we were right in frtont of the stage area andeveryone turned and stared. We quickly closed the door and momentarily, the manager ran out and ushered us in.
The place fills up quickly and the music will keep you going! The food selection is tasty and good enough to fill you up. The bar provides the necessary libations to complete the evening!
You can't beat the entertainment! It is guaranteed to be a fabulously jazzy outing!

I love visiting Jazz Tastings. The venue is relatively small which allows interaction between performers and guests. The music is always good and, if Olyvya Kelly is singing then you are in for a really fun night.
Best to reserve a table in advance unless you want to sit at the back by the bar.
