Long wait but worth it as a family outing.

We’ve been here Almaty times over the years. You get sucked in by the salad and rolls but the consistent descent quality and something for each family member makes it a nice outing. This includes gluten free options and pizzas how the kids like them. Our great Italian/middle eastern server (Yass) took awesome care of us and our kids. Fairly quick, efficient and reasonable cost on top of leftover medley for breakfast makes it a sure destination next visit.

Wonderful Service

All of our restaurant dining rooms are closed, but are available for take out. Recently, Olive Garden was running a special, "Buy one, Take one". We ordered on the app, chose a pickup time. We went to the restaurant and were greeted out in front by a very friendly young lady. Our food was brought out and placed in our back seat. Everything was hot and tasty and with the take one option, we had dinner for the next night. The take one meal just needs to be popped into the microwave for 5 minutes and it is served fresh. You could not beat the price either.

My family and I just wanted to have a nice meal after a day at Aquatica, and we settled in Olive Garden because it was close to our hotel and we knew kind of what we wanted to eat. And they didn’t disappoint. The staff was courteous and had face mask on to protect us as well as them. Will be glad when this stupid pandemic is a thing of the past. They had their dining area restricted to 50% and we felt comfortable being there. The menu seemed a little smaller than I remember, but still had plenty of choices to pick from. Our waiter was super. He kept checking in ya and made sure we had what we needed, including making sure my wife’s espresso was to her liking. They had run out of coffee earlier. Our meal was very good and served hot. We enjoyed our meal and our time here. We will be coming back to eat here again.

Christmas in Florida is a busy time, so make sure that you make a reservation. The drinks were a half price at the bar, so we took advantage of that offer while waiting. We were a group of 7, so we got a lovely, secluded almost private room t ourselves, great to have an uninterrupted conversations. We needed one gluten free menu, and a manager came by to explain what choices the person had. The server was funny, the food was delicious, we will return to this location again.

Have never been disappointed eating at an Olive Garden, and the 5021 W Irlo Bronson Memorial location was an excellent choice. You can't beat the early bird dinner pricing and choices. Fill up on soup & breadsticks & take your entree home. Tack on a $5.00 fully prepared take-home meal & you've got three delicious meals for about $15.00

To Go Order, Service Was Slow, Small/Crowded Pick Up Area

Ordered To-Go after leaving Disney. Arrived at the time our food was to be ready. Once inside, the pick up counter was small and very crowded with two other ladies picking up food. I waited 20+ minutes for my order to be brought out to me (mind you this is after my food was supposed to be ready) and was asked 4 times by three different people the name on my order. When my order finally came out, we had to go through it on the waiting bench, next to waiting customers, instead of at the counter. I mentioned to the gal packing my order that I had waited a long time, thinking maybe she could throw in a couple extra bread sticks for the trouble or even a few mints. Nope. Her response was, "We are always busy cause we are right next to Disney" and walked away. Upon further inspection, my order wasn't even accurate and was missing a side of my kid's meal. We frequent our Olive Garden back home, and the service isn't always 10/10 there either, but this is certainly not what I expected from Olive Garden.

We stopped here for a late lunch and sat in the bar. Even though our server, Briley, was quite busy, she provided great service. I asked about a dish they no longer have on the menu (cavitini pomodoro) and she had the cook make it for me with angel hair. I was so pleased! The food and service was great!

I have never been so disappointed! We called for takeout. The "service" was OK. But, when we got home with the food it was not OK. First let me say that we went to OG regularly before the pandemic. Since then we have not been to any restaurant for inside dining due to my husbands COPD. It is just too risky. When we opened our food at home we noticed that one of the soups we paid for was not there. The salads were pretty good, but mostly lettuce, one slice of tomato and one olive each. The minestrone that I had was 75% tomatoes, some pasta and very few other vegetables. There were plenty of bread sticks but not much Alfredo sauce that we paid extra for the large size. All in all, , as I said we were disappointed. And all of this cost us $42.00 and a 45 minute ride both ways. If we had been eating inside, we could have corrected those problems. If we had been there we would have gotten all you can eat soup and salad, but as I said , we paid for the second bowl of mostly juice.

Good flavor, takeout service not great

We ordered takeout from here because of the convenience. The food was great versus other Oliver Garden Chains however the curbside pickup was wonky. I didn’t receive my food until 20 mins after scheduled time. The customer service were polite but they need to do better with getting the food out on time seeming how a lot of people coming to Orlando have kids.

Bad night at the office

7th in line according to the online app, so we decided to sit in the bar. Waitress was out of touch and was over pressured with 3 tables . Our drinks arrived with our soup which was fine but within a minute my entree arrived as well. I returned to cheese ravioli to the kitchen 10 minutes later the dish return , crispy from sitting on the pass under a heat lamp. Bread sticks were lovely but we only were given 3 Unfortunately it had the wrong sauce on and I returned it . 10 minutes later it arrived with the correct sauce but the wrong pasta. There were no refils in the drinks and the manager came and apologised , taking care of the check

3 of us had entrees and drinks all of which were very good, with ample portion sizes for $76 incl tax which we thought pretty reasonable. The service was good, despite the restaurant being very busy on a Friday evening; we had a short wait for a table, nothing too inconvenient. We didn't go for an appetiser, but you get choice of soup or salad, plus breadsticks with each entree, so an appetiser wasn't necessary. We ate here a few days before this review with a similar pleasant experience and have eaten here previously on our trips to Florida from the UK and have always had a good experience. We can recommend to others.

Not so good service

I called and pre-ordered take-out for me and my husband. I was told we could pick up the food in 30 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and went in to pay for the food and was told the food would be out soon and we could wait in one of the curbside areas. Well the food came out another 45 minutes later. Overall the food was great as always.

I met a client here for lunch. She had the soup, salad and breadsticks which she says she gets all the time and absolutely loves them! They gave her enough to share. I had the eggplant parmigiana which I found to be very good! I skipped the side of pasta because I liked the breadsticks! Loved the all you can eat salad too!

Great Find , lovely food

We had not set out to originally come to the Olive Garden however we were so happy we did. We were able to be seated immediately without pre booking which was great. On sitting down you get some delicious warm bread sticks which were a hit with the kids. There was a good range of pasta items for the kids which they were happy about and to be fair when seeing what the size was like I personally could of been happy with a kids meal myself. My husband and I chose the lasagne ,it was delicious . The waiter Edward was very attentive and friendly. We considered desert but was so full we gave it a miss. Food was great value and around 65 dollars for two adult s and two children which we thiught was good value.

Always visit Olive Garden when holidaying in Florida.....great food,great service and excellent value when you add in the "free" soup/ salad and bread sticks. Had the angel hair pasta,creamy mushroom sauce and shrimp....excellent!!
