Summit County offers many places to eat, many of them one the upper end of the price scale. Kick back and enjoy the atmosphere and the food at Fiesta Jalisco. Friendly wait staff, fairly authentic food, and family-friendly prices. Just off I-70. Check it out.

Ate here on a ski trip with friends. Prices were okay with the portions we had. Food was average but service was good.
When you are hungry, you need good food. This is the place. Good service, ambience. Staff willing to change TV channel to CWS baseball.
Sunday drive, the traffic is heavy, we're hungry - Silverthorne is a good place to stop, and Mexican food is always good, so we stopped. Not disappointed. Reasonable fare at reasonable prices. Good service.
I loved eating here while I lived in Summit County and now it is a must stop when I visit. Friendly, quick service. Food is delicious and I love their salsa! My boyfriend demolished the Saturday night special!
